Some of the staff are super helpful, others talk like they know and can steer you wrong. I was lucky I ran into one of the staff who took the time to understand what I needed and got me the exact right solution. If it weren’t for him (wish I remembered his name) this review would be lower.

We bought 3 new iphones a few months ago and this week we got a new microphone and a capture card. This store is better stocked and staffed than the one near my house. The service is excellent.

I came in to get a TV for my new apartment, and I was so pleased with the assistance I got from Sam. I hadn't ever selected my own new TV, and Sam provided very helpful information to explain my options (manufacturer, size, type, year) and the different price points. I was able to ask all my questions and feel comfortable with the purchase I made. He even helped me confirm that options important to me were available in the TV's settings menu. I was able to get a previous floor model at a good price, and I'm very happy with it. He also recommended a sound bar that works great for my apartment. I even came back in a few days later to ask a more questions and confirm that I had chosen the right products. I definitely recommend talking to Sam if you're looking for anything in the TV section! The free delivery was also easy, and I received great communication from both the delivery team and the scheduler. I ended up needing to come pick up the sound bar, and that was an extremely quick and easy process.
