Came in to buy a moniter and when I got help the associate didnt even listen and literally was trying to hurry me into buying something I didn't really want went and grabbed the moniter shoved into my hands and told me take it up to the customer service to purchase it because they were busy

One of the worst Best buys ever . The guys walk around kind of hide and avoid the customers if you want to find them go to the corners of store where they're gathered up talking and chatting with each other. When I did find them for help they just pointed out where I should go. They did not take me to show me where items are. not very helpful at all. I walked over looking for the items I was hoping purchase could not find them I looked back at the employees they were looking at me having trouble finding items so I wave to them to come over and help me they did not come over. I went to the front of the store to ask the guy to send somebody over to help me waited over 5 minutes I left the store.
