Recently I was checking out at this location and I had the misfortune of being "assisted" by a rude young man. The employee was a young Hispanic man with glasses and he made me very uncomfortable with his attitude and off-putting personality. I will not return for fear of interacting with him again. Instead, I will go to the other Best Buy.

Their phone customer service stinks. Two people helping out one customer there are other customer standing around waiting for assistance and they don’t bother asking if you if you need any help. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else because you are wasting your time coming here.
