Lucy was very knowledgeable about verizon plans and such, even uncovered something I had been paying extra for and didn't realize it and saved me some money!
Came in to buy a TV. The guy in the back asked me to go get a cart for the tv. Apon reaching the carts and grabbing one I was yelled at by a female employee, telling me im not suppost to touch the carts. It was so professional.... not coming back.
Only visit if you know exactly what you need and where to find it in the store. Best buy employees in this store aren't overly interested in helping customers out if they, God forbid, just need to know where something is at in a store that likes to move inventory around every quarter. If you ask them you are usually met with a shitty attitude and an eye roll. The employees don't seem to have a clue what they sell and often have no idea if best buy carries it. "If you go to the website..." is not an acceptable answer.
Spend your money elsewhere folks.
