It took a couple minutes to get assistance, as they were pretty busy. However, the wait was worth it when I was helped. The representative new exactly where the product was that I wanted to purchase without even having to look it up. And, I forgot my BB card and he was able to look it up verifying my ID so that I could take advantage of the benefits associated with the BB card.
We had wonderful help in finding a desktop computer here.
All the staff were courteous and very prompt in seeing if we needed any assistance when we were browsing around.
We will definitely be back for future shopping.

Bought a new mouse thought it was 38.00 and because they stocked it in the wrong place cost 200.00. So tell me how it's fair they stock it wrong and will not honor what it says on shelf.
