They upsold me on a accidental damage protection plan on a Alienware monitor. The monitor quit working so I returned it. this was supposed to be an over-the-counter trade yet geek squad looked straight in my eyes and told me that that protection plan never existed even though it showed up in the Best buy app as the active plan. Then they still tried to deny it. It wasn't until after I told them I was going to contact the Kansas attorney general that they actually honored the plan that I paid extra for. I wouldn't say don't shop at Best buy, but beware of their protection plans. Geek squad are either liars or they've been told from management not to honor these which is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.
