Went into this Best Buy location to purchase a 3D printer yesterday and was very impressed with the service received. Highly recommend this location for all your tech needs.
I bought a $2,000 computer from them and had it for a week and it broke due to a recalled part and I tried taking it back to Best Buy and they told me since I didn’t buy a $185 yearly plan they would not exchange it or re-fund me my money back, Now I am out $2,000 dollars! The re-called part on the computer fried all of the electronics on my computer! The manager at this location is extremely rude and difficult to deal with! I will never shop with Best Buy again! Rib-it computers is way better! The out west location!

When I bought my phone here I wasn't offered geek squad protection like you're supposed to be when you buy a new device here so now I'm stuck without the protection I wanted to have
