I would not recommend Best Buy for anything. I placed an online order at 7:15am at the East Wichita store for pickup. I’m coming from South of Tulsa, OK to get it, I’m an hour away when I check on the order status and it says cancelled. I got no notification. I called customer service and they said it was cancelled bc it was no longer in stock. You can no longer call & check availability of in store items because Best Buy put that to an end and sends you to their website for the most accurate availability. I was told it would be 5-7 business days before I got back my nearly $1500 dollars. I was told that I could continue on to the store and MAYBE they could help me. I was already 2 hours into my drive, all wasted.
All they could recommend was to order one off line. I didn’t have time for one to come in, I needed same day as I have a project due. I asked for it to escalated to a manager and I was told i would receive a call within 1 to 2 hours. 3 hours later I received no call I reach out and no resolution other than he recommended that I drive up there to see if the manager will do something to help. I would not recommend Best Buy. Take your money elsewhere!
Hit help buying a cell phone cover
Went in to buy a refrigerator/freezer unit, looked around for little over 30 minutes, finally went to find someone to send me someone to help me with my order. Seen several employees walking around, but trying to get someone to help you in appliances without chasing someone down, was non-existent.
