Not really happy with them. We have bought 2 other phones from them in the past and they helped transfer the data for us and we just bought a 3rd phone and they wanted to charge us $80 to transfer data. I told them for get it. We walked out and told them we'll never buy a phone from them again.

I bought a fake phone which I didn't know as soon as cuz I couldn't find a cover for it soon as I walked into Best Buy the guy automatically looked at it and tell me that it's a fake Samsung I appreciate that and the gentleman was very knowledgeable
