After spending 20 minutes shoveling someone out who was stuck in the parking lot that Best Buy was too parsimonius to pay anyone to plow, and ten minutes waiting at the pickup line, I found the order I had driven a long way to pick up was canceled. The manager was completely unsympathetic and refused to even make the smallest gesture to make my day better. I will never visit this store again.

Associate at windows checkout area was not welcoming. Her behavior was rude . I came back without buying the laptop because of her attitude towards.
