Their phone customer service stinks. Two people helping out one customer there are other customer standing around waiting for assistance and they don’t bother asking if you if you need any help. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else because you are wasting your time coming here.

I am not a technologically inclined. I am a mom that works two jobs and goes to school full-time. I needed some fancy microphone for a multimedia project in school. I misunderstood and thought I needed two for an interview so I bought two from here. After reading the assignment further I realized I only needed one mic after all. Luckily I hadn't opened the second one. I went to return it unwittingly outside of their return policy timeframe. Without hesitation, the employee offered to see if a manager could override this. The manager, Krystal, was over right away and was so kind and thoughtful. She refunded me for the mic and didn't make me feel the least bit bad for being late returning it. Customer Service at this Best Buy is above and beyond. This busy mom is so grateful they understood not everyone is perfect without me having to beg or explain myself. Thank you!
