The people that work here when you can get them to help you out are amazing. They know what they are talking about and where the product is in there store. But Best Buy ties their hands behind there employees backs by making the customer get on a list for help. That works but if thats the only way to get an employees help that sucks but It has gotten better. The employees are walking all-round looking for ways to help to keep up the good work Best Buy employees , you guys rock.

Drove 30 minutes (one way) to buy a computer. Upon entering we were greeted with an “can we help you.” We respond, I think we are just looking. Went to the computer section where there was one employee. Watched him work (at the register) for over 30 minutes with one customer. Luckily a lady in the long line we were in said “you did get on the list?” No, nobody said anything about a list. Decided to leave. Asked the hostess/greeter if this was needed. Annoyed she said yes. I asked if they could say that when greeting people, she literally looked at me like I was stupid. She did not care on bit. She looked at me like everyone knows this. And this is why people buy online and for us not from Best Buy.

They were terrible and the guy at the register told guy in front of me to hold on bro I'm going to break so I left what I wanted to purchase i will see if Walmart has what I need
