Made an online order and went to pick it up. Got an email saying it was ready. Went to the store to pick it up and the employee at the in store pickup counter ignored me for several minutes. When I was finally acknowledged he told me it was actively being grabbed and would be brought to me in a few minutes. Waited ~10 minutes and returned to the counter. I was ignored again by the person in there. After a few minutes of me being ignored he left the area. I realized that I wasn't going to get help there so I went to the main checkout line. After getting to the register he asked for my number and ignored me saying 316 over and over before I finally realized he wanted me to say the rest, just straight into my soul without saying anything. Finally get to checking out and he tells me the item I ordered wasn't available, didn't get any email about it and none of the employees bothered saying anything. Most of them could claim ignorance, but the one who told me it was getting picked up definitely knew and actively ignored me then left the area.
Not the best at putting stuff into words, but getting ignored and misled several times is very frustrating.
Register employee was "TyReese" didn't get the other employees name unfortunately.

Boyfriend order a product online and when he arrived at the store the employee told him someone was picking it up for him and proceeded to make him wait about 10 mins. When my boyfriend went back up and was ignored again. We then went to the register where TyReese claimed they actually didn't have it at all and couldn't provide any further information. TyReese also had a slight attitude when asking for a phone number.
Very pleased with my experience! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I was asked several times if I had any questions or if I was finding everything. What i wanted was well stocked, even sale items.
