Best Buy East Wichita

Worst event experience ever at the Best Buy on Rock Rd., Wichita. We showed up early for their advertised Pokémon event, which was supposed to include a starter kit with a three‑pack of cards, a binder, a figurine activity, and card trading. Shockingly, no one in the store even knew the event was happening. They had zero information, no organization, and no communication. After standing in line until noon, they finally told everyone that they never received the starter kits and wouldn’t be giving anything out except a tiny figurine. They had only two chairs for dozens of kids trying to build Pikachu figures, and they let people who weren’t in line cut ahead into the secondary line. Staff were rude, dismissive, and offered no help or explanation even when asked directly. This event was completely mismanaged and honestly embarrassing for a store of this size. If you’re going to advertise a kids’ event, at least be prepared and communicate. We won’t be attending anything here again.

Early evening late afternoon, got assistance pretty quickly very helpful, not many people there at that time , good time to go, got what I needed and got out quickly good service.

My son and I absolutely love to go shopping at Best buy or just go have a look. Amazing technology 😎
