This was my first time ever visiting a Best Buy, and I had a great experience! I stopped in looking for a few items for my phone and laptop and found exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great first experience -- I’ll definitely be back!

Decent selection. Decent prices. I was NOT impressed with the salesperson who tried to upsell my daughter on a laptop. She needed a basic laptop for her nursing program and he said "You have an iPhone....why wouldn't you want something better?" Seriously?! She has a good computer. It's for gaming. We just wanted something basic and I think this was largely inappropriate.

Best Buy has consistently been a great place to shop. The store is clean, well organized, and usually has a strong selection of electronics, appliances, accessories, and other technology products. It is nice being able to see products in person and compare different options before making a purchase.
The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being overly pushy. Whenever I have had questions, they have taken the time to explain the differences between products and help me find what best fits my needs and budget. The checkout and pickup process is also usually quick and convenient.
Overall, Best Buy does an excellent job and remains one of the best local options for electronics and technology. I have always had a positive experience and would definitely recommend shopping there.
