Good customer service. The making of a business is customer service for me. Crummy customer service equals me not returning. All the way to my vehicles.
My wife decided to get me a gaming desktop PC as I love games but soon after realized I didn’t have time in between stuff to utilize it.
I decided to return it for a refund which due to the price a manager had to come over. He checked both drawers to see if they had enough for the refund (I use cash) and there wasn’t quite enough.
So I asked about buying a few items that was needed to take the total refund down to what they had and he said of course.
So that’s what transpired and as the manager truthfully spoke to the associate, “that’s why you ask questions about other ways.”.
