I came into the store asking a lot of questions and looking for new laptops. I was getting generous help from Patrick at this location. He was patient and understanding. He worked with me to find a creative solution a mother's day gift that fit her needs. Promote this young man ASAP!
I was in Best Buy a few days ago, and I was simply just browsing to kill time. But then I saw something a little disturbing. I understand that the salesmen at best buy pursue and almost like "consult" you during your time there to help you get what you want, which is great. But it seems that their team lacks the ability to consult themselves. There was a shorter gentleman, glasses, similar uniform but different, so I assumed he was a manager or leader of some sort. I believe his name was Kaleb. Well, one of the salesmen came up to him, smiled and waved, which was quite normal, but the shocking thing about their interaction, was that the leader did not show any sign of recognition to the other employee. I understand there could be some busy work at hand and he was distracted but I'm sure that the leader made eye contact with the salesman and just completely dismissed him. This is not how Best Buy should be represented. Treat each other with respect no matter what position you hold. Remember where you came from people, because pride will lead to loneliness.
