I came in for a computer repair of a 7 year old laptop. They advised me that they cannot replace the charging port due to the model of the computer connecting the charging port to the motherboard. I ended up getting a new laptop, and they transferred my data. The transfer was complete much sooner than they estimated! My new laptop works great, and I may go to a specialized repair shop to get the old one fixed.

Walked in yesterday evening to get help ordering a washer and dryer and they refused to help. They guy at the front radios for someone to assist me and the workers were all standing at the register on their phone and talking. I even heard the only female employee over there say "I'm not doing it. Washer and dryers take too long". And here I am a customer just trying to make a purchase yet was refused service because they were "not in the mood" to sell me a washer and dryer. Unbelievable. If you don't come here early in the day don't bother with the evening crowd. They will literally turn service away based on their mood.
Time in: between 5:30-5:50pm review the cameras please!
