85 inch Samsung TV, 5 year warranty, 6 months old no picture no sound. Service call took 10 days to verify in 5 minutes what help desk did. Then order parts and return 10 days later to install parts. Worst buy Warranty service repair time is unsatisfactory, Can't call store. I have to drive across town to talk to the manager I once worked with, to complain one tech supports Wichita 2 days week. And request a second pair of hands to take mounted TV down for repair. WORST BUY service 😒

Needed a item and ordered it online and was ready to get as soon as I got there
