If you need help with your phone just go to see AT&T directly. The grand majority of the crew for it here has no clue what to do if it’s not a basic purchase.

It was a very nice experience. The staff wasn't pushy. They were very knowledgeable, answering our questions and making sure we understood some of the technical issues. Our purchase was very smooth and to the point. Very quick, professional and courteous.

We were just in the store, we left something in the store, we remember the name of the associate. Their "call center" refused to connect me, gonna have to drive there. This is outrageous, should have went elsewhere, you should too!

Wish I could leave 0 stars! Absolutely awful experience and a complete waste of time and gas. I brought in my pc tower to Geek Squad to get some diagnostics ran and so I’d know what I need to buy. Frosty was “taking care” of me, but the attitude and amount of disgusted looks over my older tower. Even after diagnosing it, all I was getting was short half-assed answers. I was sold a ram stick for laptop to put in my pc. For someone working in the tech support AND for me bringing everything in, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. DONT waste your time and just go to Ribbit.
