Nothing special about the store, bathroom was kinda sad.
Warranty tv...wanted $60 to return for repair/replace.
I use the Geek Squad. They were very knowledgeable. We're able to solve my problem quickly and easily
Worst Customer Service I have received at any Best Buy yet, Lady in the front door for returns was Rude and was Doing too much with her comments about my return, these people should not be in customer Service with attitudes like that ,
