Terrible. Bought an open box $2200 TV and they did not include all the parts. Aren't you supposed to check an Open-box item for all parts and accessories before selling it to another buyer? I only purchased the "Excellent" condition of Open-box... what a joke. Best Buy CS wants me to drive another 5 hours back to the store to get the replacement parts. How about we throw good money after bad with these jokers? No thank you. Done with Best Buy for good. Should have just bought the TV at my local Sam's or Costco. How are you guys still in business? Best Buy is becoming Radioshack fast.
