I had a great experience at Best Buy, yesterday I went to trade in my old phone and buy a new one. I had a great employee help through everything Mr.Wilson he was super sweet and laughed at my jokes. Even though he probably didn’t get them, And he didn’t treat me like I was incompetent like most places do to teenagers like myself. He was a great help and I 100% recommend going to him if you ever want to get a new phone he was super cool and was one of the best interactions iv had while trying to deal with buying new electronics. Thank you to Mr.Wilson he was the best.

The past few times I have been to the Bowling Green location the customer service has been stellar. Recently Tate took it to another level! This guy answered all my questions, packed my purchase to the register, rang up my purchase AND carried it to the car for me! To Tate's boss: This guy is definitely a keeper! Well done.

This store continues to go downhill. Our 18-year-old friend was so excited to buy a laptop on-sale for college a few days ago using money he earned pressure washing and mowing yards this summer. When he got it home, the screen was defective. He took it back to the Bowling Green store to exchange for another one. The store manager refused to let him exchange his laptop because he bought it on-sale a few days ago and it’s no longer on-sale. He said he would have to pay the difference now (over $300) to get the same laptop. The young man got a refund (hopefully, still waiting to see the credit) and now has no laptop for school. He was so excited and now is just sad and upset. Multiple store employees, including a manager, were rude and unhelpful. I believe they took advantage of him being so young. All because BEST BUY in BOWLING GREEN sold a kid a defective product. We will not be shopping here. I receive better customer service from Amazon.
