Staff is not helpful or attentive, we stood for 15 mins looking for help while the employees chatted up front. Eventually got helped by a young girl that didn’t know much about the product. Wouldn’t come back.

I called for information regarding a phone repair after being told by the manufacturer the store could do the repair since is an authorized repair shop for them, called to get an estimate on how long it would take if I brought the phone in and when I got through the representative in geek squad named Sam originally answered but didn’t speak, didn’t ask me to hold, when she came back she gave a standard greeting which was fine but after the greeting I was on the phone for 15 minutes with no response to my question or anything and then someone hung up the call without saying hello or anything. Very unprofessional for any business and I work retail and have done customer service for years
