Worst experience. Purchased a product that the sales person guaranteed delivery same day. Product was not delivered; called the carrier said it was cancelled and I had to reschedule the delivery That’s something Best Buy should have done. Called Best Buy and could not reach a live person to schedule the delivery. You cannot even reach anyone live at the local store, it’s all automated. Horrible experience .
