OK, so I was debating on doing this review because I don’t think it directly reflects Best Buy however Best Buy allows this employee to work there there’s a girl she has blonde hair. She seems to be a bit younger in age and she tried to trick me into switching from Verizon to AT&T, but she lied to me and I did verify with multiple AT&T representatives at other stores. She will tell you that she has this secret phone number that can pay off accessories like watches or tablets and as soon as you sign up and switch your phone number she will she’ll tell you that she’s gonna call them and they’ll do it. Do not listen to her. It is a scam.

Absolute trash. Can't even get someone on the phone. Just an ignorant ai assistant that offers no assistance. Then get put on hold for over half an hour for the ai to hang up. Worthless
