Great service, the manager was on the floor the entire time I ate and personally helped us.
Called to get my TV repaired and they actually told me it might be better to buy a new one. No runaround and false hope. I respect it.
Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. They were kind enough to assist me with my new electric scooter, unboxing and setting up. I wouldn't be scooting if it wasn't for them... And I be scooting.
On my recent visit to the Elizabethtown store an employee inspected my TV return aggressively, implying theft. He opened the box and treated my family and me with suspicion and disrespect.
In stark contrast, we visited the store on Outer Loop and they accepted the return kindly and professional and never even inspected it. They were kind and we felt like human beings. The guy named Juan is rude and hateful. I believe his behavior was discriminatory. As he did not inspect another family and their return at all. He does not need a job like this if he cannot be fair to all customers.
