When my good ol' Surface gave up after 13 years of faithful service, my new friends at Best Buy went above and beyond to bring me up to date in the computing department. Hunter and Liz were very patient and sold me exactly what I needed with no pressure. Josh did a superb job of setting up my new machine and explaining exactly what I needed to know to optimize my purchase. I will send all of my friends to your store before they get to the 13 year mark with their current equipment.

Went into the store today to purchase a Nintendo Switch 2 for my daughter. I asked the gentleman at the counter about the warranty and he said "If you need to come back when you make more money you can." Mind you I was buying a $450 device for a 12 year old and just wanted information about the warranty. This is totally unacceptable customer service!
