If you have products on the shelf it would be a good idea to have those products available for purchase.
No one wants to go on a goose chase to see if a product being displayed is even in the shelf for purchase.

I had my first ever gaming PC built by a couple of the guys up there. I'm terrible with names but I do remember one named Dee, all of them were super helpful, they answered every question I had no matter how basic it was, amd knowing that I'm a complete beginner to computers in general they gave me a quick tutorial that was amazingly easy to understand. All of those guys at the Geek squad deserve a huge shout out, and maybe even a raise

This place has really gone downhill. There was a dirty mouse on display with caked on dirt. It was obvious it had been there for years ... swap it out already

Group of employees all standing around up front and we had 2 people ask if we needed help and went towards the back and a busy lady stopped and asked if she could help us. Said just looking around and said if we find anything we will let you know first.
