Went in today to open a simple lease I was gonna pay in two payments, thought it would be convenient, however ended up going in three times because no one was doing anything, and when their was people they were chatting behind the counter, anyway a at&t sales person got someone for me,but I had a feeling it just wasn't going to work,so I go put my info at the register and the sales clerk says I need to call when I was approved, but couldn't even offer to call while I was their,so I said hell don't need it and as I left they just stared at meNO MORE BEST BUY.......

Pay attention to the insurance you're buying before you buy it. I can't remember if an employee offered me the insurance plan or if it was one of those things where it's asking you if you would like to add insurance at checkout on the card reader, but please make sure you know the type of insurance you're buying. If you come back to this store because your TV, Computer monitor or Desktop PC got damaged because you dropped it, it fell, or was damaged being moved, the insurance you bought was entirely useless. They don't offer protection plans for those devices, major appliances, e-bikes and scooters too. The staff are cool, kind, cultured in all kinds of internet and gaming stuff and I could easily spend an extra 10 minutes talking to them after checking out. They always point me out to where I need tk be, if not just walking me there directly, and that's awesome. I can't say much about Geek Squad as I haven't interacted with them in much capacity. But I can't get over how ripped off I feel buying insurance for something and then realizing the extra 40$ I spent was entirely pointless, because when I'm buying insurance for a device, I think I'm buying something that will let me replace the thing I'm buying in case it stops working. I'm not thinking about buying insurance In case one, two, or three specific components might stop working. That's stupid. Am I the only one who thinks that's stupid?
