Walked in to buy a tv, but I needed a certain stand width due to the width of my tv table. Zaid was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. In and out in under 15 minutes, got the tv I wanted, and it’s being delivered for free in two days. Thank you!

Great selection of tech products. Was very few other customers while I was there but not many employees on the floor to help, watched a elderly couple do a full lap before I decided to try and help them myself.

Called in to check if they had any liquid screen protectors in store available. Was told yes they did. Drove 45 minutes there to get one. Only to be met by a manager to be told “they don’t pay me enough to know what we do and don’t have in stock” and then proceeded to smart off and tell me I could help myself. Find a glass protector screen and asked for help identifying my phone model for the right one. Get told two different things and I bought this phone from the exact store. Bought the wrong size due to their miss judgment and lack of product knowledgement. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wasted $50 and an hour and half of my day. Was 0 help. Drive to Louisville if you have to this is the worst store in Etown.

Lost my charging cord for my camera light battery charger. Bought a universal one and it didn't fit so had to return it. Then asked some employees for help. They had no clue. What happened to Best Buy employees being knowledgeable about this stuff, or at least having access to resources? They probably don't get paid enough.
