BEST/BUY GEEK SQUAD they deserve -10000000 stars.
Made an 11:40 appointment. Had to wait for almost 15 mins past appointment because there was only one person working. Understandable.
However, when I did finally get checked in, I was turned away because the repair tech had called in. I was then told the soonest I could reschedule was the next afternoon or the day after that. To me that is unacceptable as I was turned away due to their issues, not something I did. Very disappointing customer service and poor management of the Geek Squad department within Best Buy. Would not recommend this location.

I made a new appointment at a different store later this evening at 6:40 - was called at 4:30 to tell me that the technician would not be there for my repair and THEY ALSO TURNED ME AWAY.
Customer support does nothing about it and just repeats the same phrases to you and will not send you to the correct place. I was transferred from wrong department to wrong department. I was given 4 different phone numbers,
(888.237.8289, 800.433.5778 x2, 855.776.0701) NONE of them would help. NONE of them get you to Geek Squad they all circle back to Best Buy.
This entire operation is a complete joke, they are useless, unhelpful and a waste of your time. DO NOT go to Geek Squad if you can help it. I unfortunately was under warranty and I have no option. This is the worst experience I have had with customer service, or the ENTIRE LACK THERE OF.

Walked in to buy a tv, but I needed a certain stand width due to the width of my tv table. Zaid was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. In and out in under 15 minutes, got the tv I wanted, and it’s being delivered for free in two days. Thank you!

Great selection of tech products. Was very few other customers while I was there but not many employees on the floor to help, watched a elderly couple do a full lap before I decided to try and help them myself.
