This store flat out lies about the condition of their open box. My "excellent" condition monitor is missing its packaging, has huge scratches, and missing multiple cables. After driving for 2.5hrs this was absurd to see them flat out lie about the condition of a product and have no way to change pricing. Oh and their online cant help. Do not trust this store at all.
Bought an open box 39 inch gaming oled monitor that was marked in excellent condition got it home and it had burn in mark on the screen took it back geek squad try to use a phone to check the display after being told to us a deck top . The manager was the only person there that was nice . Worst best buy in my opinion
Since they took away the points program and force you to get their credit card to earn points (which I won't get) I don't shop here as much.
The customer service knowledge about products is hit or miss
