This review covers ALL bestbuy stores. I used to be an avid supporter of best buy. DONE! What is the point of giving a local number when all it does is roll over to someone in the Philippines that have no idea what stuff is at the store you are calling. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS! Once I decide what I'm looking for, I want to be able to check availability, not have an AI discussion. Im sure corporate doesnt care about losing one customer but Im done with best buy. I had a customer service rep tell me that Aurora,, IN is only 50 miles from columbus, OH and couldnt figure out a closer one with the item I was looking for. No wonder everyone prefers to buy online.

Always helpful and get me the right thing each time
Knowledgeable help at the store. Helped us decide what we needed to get our laptop to connect to our monitors. Very nice helpful.
Had a 1:00 appointment on the 25th of January. Customer service called Saturday to confirm appointment and I said I'd be there and they confirmed appointment for auto start installation. I let them know if they needed to reschedule I would understand, but they said no that the appointment was good. Drove to Best Buy Florence on Sunday the 25th arriving 45 minutes early and the store was a ghost town besides a couple other would be customers. No call, no show, by the store that confirmed less than 18 hours before. No call on Monday with an apology, nothing. Complete and utter disrespect for their customer. Had several chances to say they would be closed. I drove in in a 2013 CRV with no problem. You wonder why Best Buy is falling fast, this is probably one of the thousands of reasons. Complete bull crap.
