Went here for our anniversary to buy any expensive gift we both would enjoy. The associate who helped was really helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed and wanted. Quick to answer all of our questions and made it an enjoyable trip.

Yesterday my phone crashed so I went to this location to get a new one. My associate was Ms. Lilli! She was great she jumped through hoops to get me setup with a new phone! Bought a open box in excellent condition which is suppose to come with all the the items per their own website. It was missing the charging cable. I went back the next day to ask about this and was told they don't carry one and that I would have to buy something similar. The manager did not seem to care and the lady at the register says it happens all the time. Why sell me something that is missing an item without telling me about it before the purchase?
