I don't know why I give these guys a chance to disappoint thoroughly every 10 years or so. From the new computer they delivered without an operating system to the disrespectful way they treated me when I returned it to the rude Geek Squad guy who inspired me to diagnose my failed RAM module by myself. So I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when no one could help me even though the employees outnumbered the customers.

This is a store with sales people not knowledgeable people. They are no help if you have questions. i cannot recommend them for repairs either. You are better off taking it to your nerdy neighbor down the street.
I wanted a verizon phone they had but nobody knew anything about it. I took the chance and bought it. Then i found out it won't work with my verizon service and had to return it.
I bought a nice new laptop to find out it didnt even work (battery wouldn't charge). I came back the next day to try to exchange my new computer for one that actually worked but the sales person only wanted to argue with me. Ended up just returning it and getting my money back. Went to a local computer store and bought a nicer used one for 1/2 the money. They weren't interested in selling me the midrange computer i wanted or helping me resolve my issue, they only wanted me to buy the high end computer i had no interest in.
4 specific items that I drove to, to purchase, could not he purchased in store. Everything had to purchased online or on their website. Waste of time.

I love in person stores! So much more fun to shop for. The customer service was decent - I wish there were more people about when needed, but I assume that's a sign of the economy more than anything else. We did get asked if we needed help, the store was clean and organized, and it was a fairly welcoming place. Sometimes I wish they would phrase it as "oh, I see you're looking at keyboards! Need any recommendations? Instead of 'do you need any help' since sometimes I'm just staring at something I know I want but have no idea which kind to get. Haha. I'm probably being too picky.
Nitpick: If it helps management, some stuff, like the Switch 1 games, had no price tag on the shelf nor on the boxes, which made it confusing. I would've bought if they were lower than $60 but felt it was too much work to pick one up and find someone/go thru the register line to ask for a price check then put it back.
All in all, would go back again!
