Be sure to schedule an appointment for the “Camera Experience Shop.” I called ahead asking if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told no, there would be a camera expert there to help. There was no designated expert. A guy passing helped me and was he was helpful but none of the cameras had power to test out as I was expecting as the Camera Experience Shop was advertised. He didn’t seem to know anything about that and neither did the two other people I talked to. One said “it must be a power issue” and said she thinks there’s some camera store downtown where I could test out cameras. If this was actually a Camera Experience Shop you’d think they’d have all the cameras powered. Anyway, I called back later and was ultimately told to make an appointment so that they could be sure to charge the camera I wanted to test. As far as this store goes the “Camera Experience Shop” part wasn’t as expected. Only certain stores have this so maybe it’s mistakenly listed as such, which would completely reverse this complaint. Just trying to help others if they’re looking for that whole camera experience shop thing.

I went to the Florence, KY store. I wanted to get a new samsung galaxy tab s10. I spoke with Spirit. She was extremely helpful. I ordered the Samsung galaxy tab s10fe. When it came it, I took it to the store. Spirit was there and helped me transfer things from my old tablet. She also showed me a lot of things I didn't realize. She also helped connect my Samsung phone and my new tablet. She works for Samsung, so she knows everything about the brand. She was a delight to work with. I am in my 70's. She never made me feel stupid. Please pass on my experience to her manager.
