Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. My first negative Google review. Called this Best Buy over 10 times in 2 weeks and never got an in store representative on the phone, 5 times I was sent to a call center in India. The automated phone service is also horrendous, as it couldn’t handle recognizing simple phrases (ex: yes, no, speak to representative, etc.). In store the store representatives said the store doesn’t answer phone calls, but people were standing around at the customer service desk, geek squad, and the front entrance just talking to other employees the 20 minutes I was in the store. It’s a bummer that a store that is hoping to hold on in a digital / online ordering dominated culture can’t provide the one thing it has left to offer, basic customer service.
Stopped in to make an exchange on a mouse I was having issues with. They had what I wanted in stock and warranty exchange was easy.

Visited this store twice this year. In both visits, their inventory counts were wrong and they were out of stock of the items I intended to purchase.
Call ahead before wasting your time.
