We spent almost 4,000$ on new kitchen appliances, only for the microwave to come with a chunk of a 2x4 lodged in the bottom and the stove with a handle bent almost in half. Luckily the styrofoam on the microwave saved it, but the handle was a loss. Customer service stated they don’t sell handles separately and they can give a 50$ gift card or we can wait a week for a new one to come. Absolutely a spit in the face after the money we spent on brand new items from a country wide retailer.

You guys have to be less pushy on your Best Buy credit cards. I probably told them 3 or 4 times that I wasn’t interested and they still kept pushing it. Give it a rest - I drove 30 minutes to your store and will think twice about going back.
