Electronic return policy is 15 days. For a device that wasn't compatible. The 1st time, my mistake. The second, I returned and brought my iPad, hoping the rep would help. He "was too busy" but assured me I was purchasing the correct Apple pencil for my device. I went home. Attempted the next day, it would not connect. I waited until the following Sunday, took the device to church, hoping my son-in-law, who is very tech-savvy, would assist. He stated it wasn't compatible. My car broke down, and I spent a week in the shop. Then my younger kiddos' sports are in full swing, yes. The device sat in my trunk, hoping for a scheduling opportunity to return. Never used; only to be told by the cashier that she would have to talk to her manager. Then Mr. Manager replies, "It's out of the return window."
I bought a MacBook, a Meta2, an HP laptop, an iPad, and numerous TVs. Guess what? You will NEVER earn my hard earned dollar again. I wouldn't be so upset, but your guy, who unlocked and retrieved the pen for me, assured me it would work!
Suppose you want to buy an Apple pen. LMK!
