Purchased two keyboards. Both are defective and despite them being best buy branded keyboards and me bringing both items back to the store where they were purchased I was denied a refund. The initial associate I spoke with was very helpful but the manager was extremely rude, short, and unhelpful. Completely stole roughly $50 from me and offered no solution.

This review covers ALL bestbuy stores. I used to be an avid supporter of best buy. DONE! What is the point of giving a local number when all it does is roll over to someone in the Philippines that have no idea what stuff is at the store you are calling. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS! Once I decide what I'm looking for, I want to be able to check availability, not have an AI discussion. Im sure corporate doesnt care about losing one customer but Im done with best buy. I had a customer service rep tell me that Aurora,, IN is only 50 miles from columbus, OH and couldnt figure out a closer one with the item I was looking for. No wonder everyone prefers to buy online.
