Went in for a price match guarantee and left a happy customer!! #Clutch
This place is an absolute joke. They miss label things And put 50 TVs behind it and then do not honor the price. Unfortunately, it’s not my problem that your employees can’t label things correctly. This display was in the middle of the store. I then get a manager named Chris. Which was an absolute joke walked around like he didn’t give a flying anything. I will not be returning to Best Buy ever again and I will be sure to cancel all memberships. I have with their geek squad as well. Do better Best Buy.
First, it was like a ghost town in there. There was a salesman in large appliances that was very condescending. Their selection wasn't very good,in my opinion. Im looking for a new refrigerator. According to the salesman what I was looking for didn't exist bc it was an inferior choice. I know it will be a little harder to find but not impossible bc Lowe's had some. I just wanted to shop around and Best Buy was always a great place to go. I guess those days are gone. How sad.
