Greeted and directed to where I wanted to go when I walked in. Met Louis in the headphone section and he had a good sense of humor. Helped me get in and out of there fast, highly recommend him if you need help.

Car audio install. Im going somewhere else so I haven't used the actual service. I'm going to post this review though. The in store quote with "exact detail given" of speakers, car was reasonable, 3 or 4 hundred. Scheduling online put the total up to nearly $800. The wait time went from 3 hours tops to 5 and a half hours.

I went into the store the day before the new Google phone launched wanting to buy it. They said they were sending someone over to help me. I waited for about 20 minutes, nobody came. So I left and was just going to buy it online because I was frustrated. So I tried to buy it online and it said if I did it with Verizon it was $100 cheaper. I could not get it to work online so I called the call center told them I wanted to talk to someone at the store so they transferred me and told me that they worked at the store. But they did not work at the store. After talking to them for several minutes I figured out that they were not actually at the store and that they have lied to me. So I ended up just going online and paying $100 extra for it. I wanted to have it shipped to my house but they said someone had to be there to sign and I wasn't going to be home so I had it store pickup. When I was placing the order originally online it was saying they were going to send me a box to return my phone in because I also had a trade-in. So then when I went to the store to pick up the phone they said that I had to give them my trade-in phone right that second and I couldn't take the other phone with me to transfer the data. I had a babysitter watching my kids and I had to get back them and pick them up. They told me I could come back later and pick up the phone and transfer my data. I'm sorry but I can't sit in a Best buy for I don't even know how long while my data transferred with two kids and diapers. It was so irritating. So they said that I could cancel my order and rebuy the phone and then I could bring back my trade-in at a later date. Okay that was fine. But they told me I would no longer get the promo which was a $200 Best buy gift card. So I will be losing $200 on that. It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard of. It was okay for them to send a phone to a random person's house but they wouldn't give me the phone when I'm standing there with my ID on the camera. It was extremely frustrating. So they said they could cancel the order, I said that was fine and left... But here I am several hours later looking at my account and it is not canceled it says ready for pickup. And I can't call the store because I just get the call center.
