I bought a Govee rgbicww with camera that is supposed to be able to sync to your t v to give a light show to match what's on the tv which I was lied to.It does not work.I have been messing with it for the last four days.It will not power up.The camera at all wasted money, time and effort for nothing.And then when you try to call to get in touch with customer service for the last three days, it tells you that currently everybody is unavailable and you set on hold for hours

Thank you for your review. It's definitely concerning when an item doesn't perform as expected. In most cases, the manufacturer's warranty helps with such instances that occur with in the first year of purchase. However, we are here to help regardless of the brand.
