terrible. i came in to replace my battery and wasn’t made aware of anything besides if the screen “cracked or shattered” i would have to replace the screen on top of the battery. well neither did the screen crack or shattered but they messed up the display and there were lines through it and still made me replace it even though they messed up and didn’t communicate that. the manager proceeded to tell me i was wrong and was very rude about everything.

I bought a Epson printer there just under two years ago. With it I got a two year warranty ( one year came with it and an additional year I bought. Well I have been using the hell out of it. The quality of the photo prints is phonamal . Well a few weeks ago the printer died . I mean a gear locked up and to just locked up. Well I took it back to Best Buy and they said the warranty had a week left and they took it back and gave me enough money to buy a new one. The new one works great. I love the eco tank ink system. It is certainly better than cartridges. Oh! And I got enough money back to get another two year warranty! I have the Epson ET 3850.
