Best Buy Hamburg Pavilion

Roxy with Geek Squad was absolutely wonderful! It has honestly been a long time since I’ve felt like an associate genuinely cared about helping me, and she really stood out. I came in frustrated because my computer is only about three months old, but I unfortunately learned the hard way that my online purchase was through a third-party seller and I no longer have the warranty coverage I thought I had. Roxy took the time to explain how purchases through the Best Buy website can sometimes be sold by other sellers and showed me what to look for in the future to make sure I’m actually purchasing directly from Best Buy. Most importantly, she took the time to help me with my computer and was able to get it running again. She was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find a solution. Because of my experience with Roxy, I would absolutely feel comfortable coming back to Best Buy to purchase my next computer. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Roxy is a perfect example of that. I really appreciate everything she did to help me!

Good selection of products and friendly staff. I bought a bunch of stuff over the years from here. Also a great place to check out phones pre launch, I usually drop by to check how the phones look and feel before they are available to purchase.

I want to thank the people at Best Buy again. I went in, quickly found an employee, he took me to where I needed to be. He then answered all of my questions and then pointed me to the help desk where they could answer any more of my questions. They went out of their way to help me. I got exactly what I wanted and quickly. I left in a better mood than when I went in. Some may have different experiences but the people they had on duty today 9/1/26 around 4:30 at the Hamburg Best Buy did a great job. I just want to make sure they get the credit. Especially the people at the checkout. Have a good day everyone!

Terrible customer service. Offers "lifetime warranty" on a screen protector but never has it in stock. They charge you extra for a warranty and do not follow through with the agreement Not like it's an uncommon model it is an s24. I'd be weary of any lifetime warranty through them
