I got a head unit recommended and installed by CHRIS in the auto department. He listened to my wants and recommended the perfect one for me and my use case. I added a remote start at the last minute for the next day and he called later and told me he had a cancellation and could do it today. He ran into some install issues on the remote start because my key was incorrect, so he uninstalled and refunded me. But he was awesome and will recommend anyone to this best buy. Super pleased with the install and have told all my friends and family!
Purchased laptop and also purchased My Best Buy Plus and was told it is fully refundable if not used during the first year. That is a total LIE! Do Not believe a word their sales associates tell you!!

Bought a new TV and was very happy with the whole experience. Our salesperson - Tait was patient, kind, and respectful with a couple of old tech-challenged people. He was very knowledgeable. Once we told him about our environment and what we wanted he lead us to the perfect TV and equipment. Once the install was completed there was mistake on the TV mount and it was not realized until install was completed. The manager - Isaac got involved and quickly got everything resolved. We will buy more from this store, Hamburg location.
