Perfect place to get your electronics, but already know that 😆
A manager asked if I needed help finding an iPad case and called it in on the radio. He said someone would be right over. I stood by the iPad cases for about 10 minutes while multiple employees walked right past me as if I wasn’t there.
On my way out, the manager asked if no one had helped me and said he would help me himself—but by then it was too late. Basic customer service shouldn’t be this hard, especially after it was already called out over the radio.
Very disappointing experience.

Stay away from the geek squad if you have any kind of electronic component, I’m telling you I had the worst nightmare ever it took me two weeks to finally get my screen replaced after they messed it up with the battery replacement or refused twice I went up there driving 70 miles from the southern part of Kentucky to a legit store I thought so I ended up going to the Apple Fritz farm and have them do it right they ended up giving me a free screen after yours truly here messed it up and denied it.
