I have only written a few reviews in my life but this one is beyond well deserved.
We wanted to acknowledge Shreyan who provided us with such unbelievable customer service!!!!! He was so knowledgeable in guiding us to find the right TV, sound system and refrigerator for our needs. He truly was amazing! We were so impressed by how he paitently and kindly answered literally the dozens of questions we had. He treated us like we were VIPs! He is absolutely outstanding and could not recommend him more!
We wanted to see an additional item at another Best Buy store across town. Rick the manager kindly contacted Lucas to let him know we were on our way and what we we needed to see there. Rick asked Lucas to take good care of us. Once we arrived Lucas took over and he was absolutely phenomenal too!!!! He explained everything we needed to know and also answered all our questions and concerns. Lucas set up all the details of our upcoming deliveries and paitently worked with us to ensure our satisfaction. This entire experience from Shreyan, Rick and Lucas was on a level that deserves the highest praise! We would give 10 stars for this entire experience if we could! This was truly perfect customer service!!!!!!!!!!
Phone support from some foreign country is awful. The people in the store are awesome an very helpful. Took care of my computer quickly and graciously.

Bob was excellent to work with! He helped me find the perfect laptop for my DHA studies.
Nothing too spectacular to mention. Went in to buy some new earbuds. . . Asked if I needed assistance of which I replied yes. . . Waited 15 minutes for the individual to come over. . I asked questions, they read the same material that was posted on product, that i had already read in the 15 minutes wait time. . Informed them I wanted it. . . It was not in stock. . Went to 2nd Best Buy. . .same results. So, if you know what you want and they have it in stock. . .this is the place to go to. . .Will I be going back. . Nope, as I will do my own research albeit I figured that Best Buy would have "employees in the know"
