They used to call Best Buy, "the showroom for Amazon", and I'm not sure what has changed, but they're still around, you know? I normally don't shoo there, and on this visit, I had to gravitate to where the employees were hanging out to get one to offer assistance. I was looking for a digital frame for a wedding gift and I didn't find one on Amazon that could be delivered in time. The ones they had were $100 and up. The $100 model was the smallest, 10.1 inches. You can get these for around half that price on Amazon, so again, I don't really know how Best Buy is still around. But the stores are well stocked and clean and you can find most anything there in a pinch.
That’s it. I am never coming back here again. I patiently and politely waited for service in the computer section. A worker walked by and when I asked for help he brushed me off rudely but said he would help. Never came back.
I am not walking up to the front of the store for assistance especially if yall are going to be rude. I will buy my laptop somewhere else.

The managers at Best Buy are so kind and accommodating. One of the managers went out of his way to help me. All of the staff there are super helpful always going up to people and asking if they need help. You don't get service like that anymore. Any store you go nowadays has no staff and only empty self checkouts.
Got a new phone for my daughter and their representative for Verizon did a good job answering my questions.
