First time walking into a best buy, they had a good deal on iPads so I went there to buy iPads for my two kids it was a great store but the staff wasn’t very friendly they made promotion offers but when I tried to talk to them they sort of ignored me like they didn’t want to talk just wasn’t very professional for a store setting sales should have good social skills not going to call the guy out but I will say they need to work on this issue I had today came in happy and excited to walk into a Best Buy for the first time but left not knowing if I want to go back.

Parker the manager and all the staff were very helpful. It seems they don't have permission from corporate to help resolve issues. I was told I had to go online to correct a issue with my receipt. Very hard to get help. No response after several emails. And no direct line to any local store so I have to drive the 50 miles or just right it off. Twice in one year is enough.
Not a fault of local staff but I'll not be shopping at a store where the locals don't have any say in helping me.

NEVER use Best Buy’s delivery and installation service. They sub it out to a third party and they are famous for dropping/ having no one available the day of your delivery. On top of that it’s expensive. Incredibly unprofessional and show no care for your time and money. The staff at the store were great and knowledgeable but we’re highly disappointed in Best Buy’s business practices. At the end of all of the hassle and disappointment we received no sort of compensation just a bunch of sorrys that make no difference. Best Buy is highly unreliable and pathetic.
