Terrible service! I was stuck in the snow around Lexington and rerouted 5 different times to get to their location. I spoke with the store manager at 10:01 a.m. to give them a heads up that I would be late because of the snow and traffic. The store manager emphatically reassured me it would be OK to come in for my installation. When I get there, the technician doing my install proceeds to tell me he doesn't care what the manager said and that he isn't pushing back his other appointments just because I couldn't get there on time. Had the store manager told me this from the beginning I would have been fine with that and accepted the situation. However, I was told to come on in and drove another 45 minutes through traffic to get there for my installation. Terrible customer service, terrible communication and an all around disappointment. Lost a customer for this one.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. It's understandable having large amounts of snow can impact travel time to get places in time for an appointment. We understand being assured that this would be fine, only to then be told that the installer would not be able to do the service for you, wouldn't be welcome.
