Very poor customer service. Employees avoid customers and don’t want to help at all. They walk by, look at you, and pretend they don’t see or hear you. When I asked simple questions, no one was willing to explain or assist — they were cold, uninterested, and dismissive. This was a very frustrating experience. A store like Best Buy should have staff who are willing to communicate and help customers, not ignore them. I expected much better.

My 1 star is not necessarily for this location, but Best Buy a company. If ever buy a car stereo from them, have someone else install it if you don't know how. My son bought a $300 stereo from them last night and they charged him $800 for the installation. $800 for a job that cost them maybe $75 total for the parts and labor. This place is a racket.
