I recently visited Best Buy, and I want to recognize Savannah for her outstanding customer service. She helped me look for a phone case and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific phone case and mentioned that it would be nice if there were display models available so customers could actually feel the case and see how it looks on a phone before buying it. Savannah listened, and we had a great conversation about it. She also took the time to explain the different protection plan options. I learned that if you no longer have the Total membership, you can still purchase protection for an individual device. Thanks to Savannah, I was able to extend my mom's phone warranty, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to explain everything so clearly. Savannah, thank you for being so kind, helpful, and professional. Your excellent customer service made my visit a wonderful experience. Best Buy is fortunate to have you on their team!

Frustrating AI when you call that is less than helpful. Let me speak to a person instead of hanging up on me.

Paid to have the motherboard replaced. Was repaired quickly for way less than I thought. Was super happy when I picked it up. Well when I got it home, the computer worked for two hours before the motherboard failed again. Checked my paperwork and it says the whole thing was replaced, so something has gone completely wrong and I cannot get any answers since you cannot call a store directly.

I like bestbuy dude named Abdul Salem was an extremely helpful worker and helped me buy a new tv. Also he is pretty adorable I might come back to buy more just see his cute face, fire Yusuf please he attempted to assault me.
