We bought a GE $200 microwave which after 9 months just went dead. We bought the "advanced" model of our previous one which we had for 10 years. Although we were under warranty, Best Buy told us to contact the manufacturer. Excuse me? They don't even contact the manufacturer for something they sell? Of course, it would have been different if we had paid for Best Buy's protection plan. So, now we need to spend "protection" money to insure ourselves from faulty products which the store sells and are under warranty. Plus the manager was staring at us when I told them that I was not satisfied with their services...they are not even trained to treat the disappointed customer in an intelligent way.... Bye, bye, "Best" Buy!

I had a pick up order and I believe the associate’s name was Lilly, that helped me. My order was for items that are for Christmas. I had my kids with me that said gifts are for. I told her this at the beginning of our interaction. She went above and beyond to make sure the kids couldn’t see what the items were. From blocking them from seeing what she was grabbing off of the shelf, to double bagging so the bags weren’t transparent. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

For the nerd squad they don't know too much about conversion cables HDMI to Display port uni directional cable for instance. Still wonderful store and the employees tried t there best.
