**I will never use this location again, and may never use Best Buy again.**
I was unable to buy my item in store because they were out so I placed an order. I was told it would get to me on 12/7/24, or 12/8/24 by the very latest. Due to being the victim of porch pirates too many times, I don't want it delivered when I'm not there. And now I am unable to get my delivery changed and must deal with UPS when I was guaranteed by Best buy that I would be able to get my item the date I chose. I called the store multiple times but the line always rung out. I went in store and was told I couldn't be helped. Customer service says they are unable to help and I either get my item when I get it or I need to cancel my order.

Thank you for leaving a review. With an increase every year of theft after delivery, it's understandable that you'd want to be home when a package is delivered. Best Buy does not guarantee any package deliveries on specific dates, as those are estimates given to us by the carrier. Things like weather, delivery vehicle breakdown are just a couple reasons why we don't guarantee dates. If customers would like to have their items on specific days, we urge them to use our curbside pick up, or have the item shipped to a UPS pick up location. Years ago, we nicknamed this retail outlet Best Lie, as the big box franchise outlet never seemed to have anyone working there that had the foggiest idea about technology or what was actually going on.....on a rare occasion we would find an employee with an inkling of knowledge and how to circumvent the system in order to actually accomplish a successful purchase......only then to be pressured into purchasing a warranty that promised much but actually did nothing.....a few years ago a former employee/manager told me that no one actually likes working there and that the only product they make money on was televisions......I always cautiously enter Best Lie expecting nothing special.....to find a decent "deal" about every three or four years.....one wonders how they manage to stay in business......
