Easy in and out to grad a new Starlink Dishy. The sales guy was very talkative and trying to upsell some sort of warranty to us in addition to the included Starlink trial period. Hard pass. That peeved me. Love Starlink and how accessible it is to quickly purchase a Dishy now.

As long as you know what you need it's fine. But if you need help good luck. The employees are too busy playing around with each other and talking about their dating life to help anybody. Every time I shop there it's like that.

I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my new phone. That first visit wasn’t that great I had to just stop a random employee in the aisle to get some help and I was really looking for advice which he really didn’t want to offer just pointed things out to me. Had me make a decision. I then had to pay $7.99 to have the protector app applied, that’s never happened to me before that’s always been done as a courtesy. That being said within two weeks, the bottom of the protector peeled away, cracking. I reached out to Zagg utilizing my warranty and was sent a new protector. On this visit, I walked directly to the Greek squad area and explained the situation to a young man, he asked me when I purchased it because after a certain time I believe maybe 60 days I would have to pay again to have them apply it. I said I’m really not sure but it may have been a little over 60 days. He smiled, said we’re not gonna sweat the small stuff and did a great job putting the protector on and could not have been more pleasant and helpful as he did it . So in my opinion, that’s one for two on staff courtesy andCustomer Service .
