Ordered the wrong size TV in the app, but was able to quickly change my purchase in the app also when I discovered my mistake a few hours later.
When I went to pick up the television, they responded to my message on the app that I was there immediately, had me pull right up to the door, & brought the TV out in a minute! It was too big to close the bed of my truck & I was on my way to an event in another city, & rain was expected, so I couldn't take it. They unloaded it & took it back in right away, & an exchange electronically was done at that moment at a register to return it & rebuy it for pick up the next day. All of this I in under 5 minutes.
When I came to get it back the following morning, I couldn't advise them off my arrival this time in the app. But I parked right in front on the large sidewalk again, went in & waited maybe 2 minutes for an open checkout, told her what the deal was. My TV was not up front, but she radioed an associate who very swiftly brought the television to me, then out to the truck. Having had a right elbow reconstruction a few weeks ago & a left one scheduled for next month I told him I couldn't help lift, so he ducked into the store & immediately out came the greeter to help load.
Folks, this is seriously excellent service. And the TV looks to be a fine device at a nice price!
Went there to purchase a home theater system for 500.00. The demo was not working asked sales associate for help or if he could send someone over. Waited for awhile same sales associate looked at me several times. Went to leave and told the man at the door what happened, and he didn't seem to care.
