Had gotten a speaker and the price went down the next day.
I got it via BB.com with store pickup and online would not honor it so I called the store and CS agent David said he could do it over the phone with no worries of me having to drive in just to be helpful. the manager Tony was also super helpful during this.

One star because I have to pick something to post. Best Buy should be called worst experience. I am not really sure how they get a 4 star review. I purchased a 98 inch TV from the outer loop store 2 weeks ago. I have already have had the old TV removed and move furniture and pictures and all the other crap that they send you multiple telling you on the rules for their deliveries. Tomorrow was the first delivery date they had available so OK I will wait. This afternoon they send me an email stating that "I" had not completed my delivery setup and to go to as link to schedule. Of course just like the customer service it was non existent and informs me to try again later multiple times. Maybe they should put someone from geek squad on it. After multiple tries I decide to call, second mistake after being on hold and listening to all the great things they do someone picks up and then puts me on hold to send me to someone else, different system/person or something. This person comes on and after talking for a few minutes tells me it must be coming from a different warehouse so I had to reschedule it. I asked because someone at best buy does not do their job it now becomes my problem to resolve, he responded pretty much. The fastest thing best buy did was to cancel my order. It did not take me long to remember why I have not purchased anything of significance there in over7 years. I also just can not figure out why they are in financial trouble, it could not have anything to do with their customer service.
