Todo el mundo atentos y serviciales. Complaciendo con cada una de mis inquietudes y necesidades, me cambiaron la pantalla del iphone de mi pareja todo fue excelente. Durante todo ese tiempo recorrí todo el lugar y vi sus variedades y calidad en sus productos. Algo mas caros que en otros lugares pero me gusta lo que compro aquí.

They must be careful, buy insurance for my equipment for 3 years here and they do not explain that you will have to pay it again annually. If the Best Buy membership expires, the insurance will not serve you for the remaining 2 years. I paid $1500 for a PC and insurance for 3 years and within 15 months the insurance did not work anymore and they were not responsible. They are thieves. Deben tener cuidado, compre un seguro para mis equipos por 3 años aqui y no te explican que lo tendrás que volver a pagar anual. Que si expira la membresía de Best Buy el seguro no te servirá los 2 años restantes. Pagué 1500$ por una PC y un seguro por 3 años y en 15 meses el seguro no funcionó más y no se hicieron responsables. Son unos Ladrones

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed in Best Buy’s Customer Service STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND DOLLAR. I went to Best Buy and bought a simple HDMI cable for $29.99. The very next day I came back to return it. The purchase was linked to my Best Buy account, so there was no confusion about proof of purchase — yet they still refused to give me a refund on a gift card. I paid with a debit card, which is basically the same as cash, so I could completely understand if it had been a credit card — but it wasn’t. I just wanted the $29.99 put on a store gift card so I could immediately use it toward the $150+ worth of items I was ready to buy. Instead, they insisted on refunding it to my original purchased card, meaning I wouldn’t have access to the funds right away. When I said that was poor customer service and eventually can’t wait for the decline of the store, the associate got defensive and refused to even check me out for the new items I was trying to purchase. Completely unprofessional. I’ve spent plenty of money with Best Buy over the years, but after this experience. No worries lesson learned. Terrible attitude and zero common sense. List of items I have bought ELSEWHERE since my local Best Buy on outer loop is horrible. 1. Sony A7 IV Mirrorless Digital Camera 24MP w/ 28-70mm Lens, $2,198.00 2. DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo $1,599.00 3. Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle $499.00 4. GoPro HERO 13 content creation kit $649.00 5. DJI Mic 3 (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case), $329.00 Based off your OWN FINANCIAL DATA from 2025 from the $5,274.00 purchases I just listed that I have bought elsewhere and NOT FROM BEST BUY.. Pat the store manager at location #335 has costed you all profit margins from the following items and a future customer in perpetuity. $5,300 (Purchase) x 22.6% (Gross Profit Margin) = $1,197.80 Do better.
