I’ve had one of the worst days of my life today
But all that turned around as I walked into this Best Buy fully expecting just to buy my product and leave and
I got to the shelf and I did not see this product. I asked the nearest associate for help.
And that associate was an angel from heaven himself in the form of a man named Bernard
With Bernard’s amazing customer service And knowledge of the business. He was able to give me a new outlook on not only Best Buy but my life thank you so much. Please give this man a raise.

Other locations might be ok, but this one has some horrible service. On one occasion, I needed a phone screen protector, called to see if they had it before making a 6 mile drive, was told they did, only to find out that I'd wasted my time and gas for a "sorry Sir, we can't help you". Then today, I call their Geek Squad desk to see about bringing my PS5 for repairs, only to be told that because I didn't buy it there, they wouldn't work on it. What type of crap is that? Do you repair hardware or not? Get a clue and learn some customer service.

Went in 10/10/26 for a computer monitor. Greeted at the door. Went to the monitor section, seen what I wanted. Tried to flag down a worker multiple times to get it from an out of reach shelf. Some workers looked at me,I was ignored. Gave me time to look it up on Amazon. Same monitor, 20 dollars cheaper, next day prime. GO AHEAD AND RUN YOURSELVES OUT OF BUSINESS. I'll just call best buy circuit city from now on.
