No matter what store you go to anymore, the younger generation is no help, have no knowledge of items in store and lack communication skills. You must do your own research before you go or you will just be more lost when you depend on a knowledgeable person to help.

Went to.have dash cams installed. Alex was very good and knowledgeable. The first time took a while but he did a great job hiding the cables and getting everything connected properly. Unfortunately the hard wire kit I bought didn't work properly with the cams, so I had to buy a proprietary kit from the cam company. Alex swapped them out on a second visit and gave me a full refund on the other kit. Will definitely be back for future car needs!
Don't expect to get any assistance here. Also, if you see a label up in the store, know that they won't honor it. Their excuse is that "we can't update all the labels" even though they are electronic. Save your money and time and literally visit ANY other electronics store. I hope this location goes under soon.
