Don't expect to get any assistance here. Also, if you see a label up in the store, know that they won't honor it. Their excuse is that "we can't update all the labels" even though they are electronic. Save your money and time and literally visit ANY other electronics store. I hope this location goes under soon.
I called the store to find out if something is in stock. I'm greeted by an AI that makes it difficult to even get connected to the store. Finally, someone picks up the phone, only to tell me that I need to drive to the store, and see for myself if the item is in stock or not. You don't have time for me, so I don't have time for you. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dakota and Harrison are amazing! We were trying to price match the switch two bundle to the price that Sam’s Club had it. Best Buy‘s system would only let them take it down to $425. We ended up calling Best Buy customer service to get the price difference to the amount that was shown on Sam’s Club. Dakota and Harrison were on the phone for over two hours trying to figure this out. It should’ve been easy to price match from a competitor thats listed on Best Buy’s website. It wasn’t. Even the customer service guy couldn’t get it lower. Their system wouldn’t let them and no one knew why. Dakota and Harrison were so kind and worked so hard on this issue. I honestly couldn’t believe they took that much time helping me. Dakota went on to explain that Best Buys system is different now so they can no longer override the things that they used to . Or give gift cards or things like that for price differences on their end. He really tried everything to get me that deal . Both him and Harrison went through every option possible 100000/10
