My husband and I have been to this store several times recently and trying to get ANYONE to help you is extremely difficult. As I type this my husband has been waiting in the computer/laptop area of the store for 20 minutes with no one coming by to assist him. I called & was told he should ask for help - if no one is there, who should he ask AND if they want to make a sale, they should be putting forth the effort. Customers shouldn't have to track down store personnel to spend their money. Customer service here is the pits.
