The other local Best Buy stores are pretty good, helpful employees and quick to fill online purchases that I can just run in and pickup at the desk. I'd avoid this one at Outer Loop in Louisville though, and go to St. Matthew's or Clarksville if possible. Seldom get any help, staff isn't quick to fill any orders. Ordered a shelf item this morning, app said it'd be ready to pickup in an hour. Cool, I'll run in and grab it after work. Nope, still hasn't been brought to the desk so I can pick it up. I offered to go get it off the shelf myself(which I've had to do here before), they said I'd have to make a separate purchase and cancel the original one. But the original was financed, so not that easy. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location, unless it's something you can run in and get yourself without needing any help from the staff.

Went to the store and asked a manager directly if they could price match an Amazon Alexa show 11 to Amazon.com sold and shipped. Was told yes there shouldn’t be any issues to head to check out. Upon getting checked out the employee told me they cannot price match Amazon because it was a “prime day deal”. I completely understand their policy and why they can’t but for the simple fact the MANAGER of the store saw the same thing and said yes it’s fine then radio’d to another manager that said no and turned me away instead of them making the money I am now buying the item directly from Amazon and never spending any of my time or money with this location again. There was also another guy having issues at store pick up with disrespectful employees. Store was not clean, security guy with a gun followed us around the entire time. Horrible management, horrible employees. I can’t wait for Best Buy to go bankrupt!

This Best Buy sucks even if you live on the set of town it's best to just take the drive to the east end. They had my laptop for 5 days made me pay $50 when I have full coverage insurance to fix my laptop then they kept it for 5 days I had to figure out that it had already been dropped off The person on chat said yeah you might as well go to the store because they'll never answer the phone I called anyways the call center told me I had to make an appointment I told them no that they could schedule me a call when I went up there they couldn't find my laptop The guy had to search and search and search and apparently had been doing everybody else's orders and they just had looked over mine They gave my laptop back not charged dirty as hell and still charged me the $50 like damn you could have gave me a 10% discount for all the BS you put me through not to mention the extra week you kept my laptop for absolutely no reason. I've spent literal thousands at this Best Buy I'm a premium member or whatever it is They always thank me when I call for being a Best Buy plus member whatever and regardless of all the perks that that is supposed to get me The service is trash you will never find an employee to help you no matter what section you're in the employees will tell you there's other employees in certain sections there's nobody there ever. It's just complete and total trash like the McDonald's down the street has way harder working teenagers than this place has adults I'm not sure if they're paying them a livable wage or not, but this Is too big of a corporation to have a store that's running this poorly at this continuous of a rate because mind you have grown up here this has been the best buy that I've went to my entire life 34 years. Just make the drive to the east end one trust me do not waste your time at this one You will not get service your stuff will get lost and you will lose money!!!!!

Bought an open box excellent condition 75 inch tv. Drove an hour to pick it up. Asked to see it before they boxed it up was told no even asked if it had the remote told it did. Drove an hour back home. Wrong tv ( a much cheaper model in box). No remote no stand. Outer loop location.
