When I entered the store, there was several staff members standing around waiting to assist customers, however when it came time to actually needing help- there was no one around or to be found. A maintenance man assured that if I went over to the Apple station that he would personally send someone over to assist us. On our way over we had run into an associate and we asked for help. He proceeded to inform us that he couldn’t help us because he worked for Samsung and we were looking for Apple. We continued over to the Apple station and we proceeded to wait for 25-30 without an acknowledgement. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Very upsetting.

Had a really good experience at this Best Buy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was satisfied. Will definitely come back again!
JUST ORDER FROM AMAZON!!! Recommend my mother-inlaw get some airpods for my father-inlaw from here over amazon due to worrying about fakes on amazon. They did not work for him and she tried to return. They claimed the serial numbers didnt match up with their system. The "young manager" there was extremely rude and as useless as possible. Made them stand by a security gaurd like they stole something i guess hoping that demoralizing them would just make them leave. They have called corporate who was just as useless. Id recommend ordering from amazon, iv never had issues return from there.
