Order Open Box Excellent condition and the TV was missing the remote and the screws for the stand. Only option is refund.
Edit: Best Buy reached out directly and made the correction necessary. 1 to 3 star increase

Absolutely ridiculous idiots working here, they said Pokemon cannot be purchased unless you have a child with you. Wasted a 2 hour trip for nothing. Contacted corporate and they said they weren’t supposed to be doing that. Hope they lose their jobs.
