I had an incredible experience at Best Buy today thanks to Noran! I came in to purchase two Dell monitors and a mount, and she provided impeccable customer service from start to finish.
When we couldn't find the monitors initially, she didn't just give up—she took the extra time to track them down for me. On top of that, she did extensive research to successfully find another product I was looking for. Noran truly went above and beyond.

Online information about services offered does not match what they actually offer. Online info says they accept old batteries - they do not. Staff was uniformed, arrogant and dismissive.
