I took a PC tower in to have a partial build done. When I showed up to pick it up not only were the fans backwards but they were mounted in the wrong spot and some cables and items were not installed. I picked it up the next day and it looked fine but when I got home and tried to open it they had the cables so tight I had to unplug a few of them just to fully open it and when I did get it open some of the cables that were supposed to be plugged in like the video power cable just fell out. Not only that but they still didn't install everything that came with it as requested either. Even if the service is *free* because of the membership I don't recommend having build work done at this business and you're better off going elsewhere even if it means paying more for better quality.

I never have anything but an excellent experience at this store. In fairness, I place a lot of orders online so it’s mostly just in and out. But the staff are very friendly, helpful, and the store clean.
