I went to best buy to buy a refrigerator today literally ready to walk in and purchase. I had my daughter to help. I was so excited until this lady decided to sell me what I said I didn't want right after she finished bashing Samsung. I proceeded to tell her I have a lot of Samsung products and any time I have a problem I call and they help me fix over the phone no problem even video chat and walked me through fixing my washing machine twice. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about then still she tried to show me some more refrigerators without the features I asked for. I wanted to purchase best buy one year same as cash but got so aggravated went to Lowe's and got a bad ass refrigerator on sale everything I wanted delivery tomorrow night one year same as cash. So you thank you for your rudeness best buy lady because I couldn't be happier. P. S. I bought an LG not a brand specific person but I guess you should know your audience if you're going to be working in sales.

I had to go and find out why my dad was being charged an automatic renewal fee from Best Buy. Up on getting to the store, I was told by a young lady that nothing could be done at the store, and we would have to call customer service. I made the call while still in the store and got nowhere. A young man who was greeting people at the door offered to help. He took the time to look up a transaction for a purchase my dad had made a year ago and had agreed to a membership for a discount on his purchase, without realizing that he was agreeing to a reoccurring annual membership fee. I wish I had gotten the young man's name that helped us out. The time he took to get me the information I needed to resolve the issue. Good help is hard to find these days. Best Buys should try to hold on to that young man.
