It's a best buy like all other. I was here at 0600 AN in bleach friday. Greeter didn't know where to send me when I asked for a power cord. It wasn't busy at the moment but I had to wait ten minutes at the cashier for my earpods to delivered. No coffee or compensation offered. When I asked for coffee, they suddenly remembered they had some stock available for grabs.
Had what I needed, picked it up, and headed home. Great price, too.

We have been longtime customers, but they’ve lost us after today. I have placed two orders online the last week, and they have both been cancelled by them because the item was not available according to them. When I said I had tried twice, paid for curbside pickup and prepared to pickup, they said there was nothing they could do. What I can do is find another company more loyal to their customers who would try to make this right. Bye Best Buy!

Waste of buying warranty on items. It only covers if it breaks by it self out of no where.
