Quickly offered help. Great service throughout. Customer service rep even carried items out to the store front for us.
Every time I go in I get frustrated by this best buy. I bought a pair of headphones here two weeks ago. They put them on sale and will not do an internal price match.
When I bought the headphones they wouldn't let me try a pair on that they had under one of their security cages. What's the point of having demo sets out if you can't try them on? I can shop anywhere online for that.
It seems that Best Buy has devolved into a two or more customer class store. If you don't buy their membership then your treated as a sub-customer.

Best Buy is amazing. I walk in and immediately the Greeter offers me assistance. When I entered the chargers and adaptors area, the young African-American Lady approached me immediately and offered assistance. She is very funny, charismatic, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed her so much that when I return to Best Buy, I look for her at the Verizon/AT&T Booth. Only excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
