We tried to order a washer and dryer there and a mount for each. Found out later the rep put two washers and one mount. And they only put pickup for our old washer. So then we had to call Best buy- figured it was rectified after she repeated the order. She didn't include the pickup or installation. Now we cant wash clothes at all over the weekend.
I dont know if people are so out of it and not paying attention or just being vindictive. But please check your receipts and repeat the order 5x then click your heels in hope of them getting the order right the first time.
I scheduled an 11:40am appointment with the Geek Squad to get my macbook looked at. When I arrived there was quite a line. I informed an employee that I had an appointment and was instructed to wait in the line because they were too backed up. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the extra time to wait for god knows how long. So, I wasted a trip and won’t be scheduling another appointment.

Lexi was a friendly sales associate and they have a good selection. Wish there was one closer to our house.
Your associate Chris was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding the right ceiling speakers. I can't say enough about what an asset he is to you. ( I've had apathetic associates in the past)
