*edit: This is now 1 star because of their terrible special media "team" that I'm sure is just Ai. Don't bother messaging them with your reference number like they ask. You'll just get a stupid response like this. "Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us on Social Media. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is unfortunate for us to hear that you did not have the best installation experience but where happy to hear that Chris helped. Did you need any additional assistance? ^Ezra" The only reason this is getting a 2 is because Chris in the System Designer was great, and the only helpful person I dealt with (actually the guy with the Sony shirt on the sales floor was also great but I can't remember his name unfortunately). I want to write a lot, but honestly I've told this to so many people at Best Buy already I'm sick of thinking about it. So this is actually the truncated version... I bought a new TV and set up. My TV wasn't set up at the height requested and it was crooked by an inch on one side. They also left this Giant box that was supposed to be taken away. Oh and my subwoofer that I bought "brand new" sure doesn't look brand new. Look at this box... The straps holding it in are also a different color from the actual new one I have in another room. I legitimately used to really like Best Buy, but other than Chris I got zero help. Chris went out of his way to come to my house with another member to fix the problem. I spoke with several levels of leadership, some scheduling person, etc and none of them did anything except apologize. I didn't need apologies. I needed a level TV and this giant box out of my house. Seems the only reason to use Best Buy anymore is to see if you like something and go buy it from someone else.

Great and friendly service as soon as we walked in. We was welcomed when we walked in and when I associate seen us looking around they asked if they could help amd got us to what we was looking for.
