I ordered and iPad that was on sale online for my little girls birthday with 128 gb and they sent me and iPad with 32 gb. When I called they said I could come in an exchange it but when I brought it in they told me they told me that they couldnt exchange but I could return it and then pay the new price for the correct one. Customer service was awful. I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistakes and I’m still extremely upset with them
