For 2nd time in a row, they did not have a Geek Squad tech available to provide Geek Squad service. All they do when you show in person is make appointments. Inefficient communication etween phone salesperson, customer, & GEEK SQUAD. Geek Squad tech did something we had to undo to make phone work. Need better Geek Squad staffing.

Stay very far away from this place.... ordered TWICE from Samsung.com a galaxy watch 8 classic 46mm... both times these clowns tried to pass off the galaxy 8 40mm version... Samsung.com even said they were clowns and were supposed to give me what o ordered.... even after showing the "manager" my order for the 46mm version he refused to give me what i ordered.... this ruined my whole night going back and forth between Samsung and Best Buy.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS WRETCHED PLACE

Sorry, if we're rating this location on customer service it would get below 1 star. Literally walked in and was never asked if help was needed even though there were multiple employees just standing around. Only 1 person who was on a phone actually came to ask when I was nowhere near the television area which is what I actually came in to purchase. Basically the only reason I came in was to actually make a purchase and even after going back in a 2nd time from measuring my vehicle it was still the same result. Sad times.
