I love being able to shop in person and use all my senses to decide if I want the product or not. Prices are average but the store is always clean and the associates are always friendly. Whatever they're being paid, deserve an increase in benefits and perhaps part ownership.

I went in for 2 things. 1 item cost 150 bucks and i found it mystified then I needed assistance finding the second and the first guy couldn't figure out what I was wanting so he called another employee over and turns out I had purchased a vehicle from him which he wasn't honest about the issues it had but that was a personal issue and I wasn't going to bring it up as this wasn't the time or place but before I could walk away the employee brought it up and after we spoke about it and it was going no where he gets on the radio and calls for assistance and said I had threatened him which was no true. I did however tell him to go f himself and was halfway out of the store. Several employees surrounded me and I explained what was going on and handed them the 150 dollar item that I was going to purchase and walked out. Very unprofessional of that employee and he should have chose a better time and place for confronting me about a personal issue. He cost best buy at minimum 150 bucks that day and any future business from me.
