A little expensive at times

People who work in the store are great, the website and corporate model needs work. You can't actually call a best buy store period. Had a customer service rep tell me over the phone that it is a big loop system that will always put you back to a customer service rep and never the actual store. People at the store confirmed this, with that being said it's a toss up if they will actually have what your looking for. 5 stars to the store people, 3 stars because of the ridiculous business model of not being able to speak directly to the store.

As always there is plenty of parking and knowledgable staff to help with about all electronics
