Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish.
I scheduled an appointment to have a dash camera installed and drove in from out of state, only to arrive and find out they didn't even have the camera in stock. The appointment was essentially a complete waste of my time.
For the second appointment, I personally ordered and brought everything needed for the installation. Unfortunately, the technician spent hours accomplishing nothing. He claimed he couldn't find a suitable fuse to hardwire the camera, then later changed the story and said the brand-new hardwire kit was defective, despite it being sealed in the box.
What made the situation even more concerning was that he admitted he had never installed this type of camera before. At that point, I knew the installation was unlikely to be completed successfully.
To make matters worse, it took roughly 30 minutes just to remove a lock from the garage door so my vehicle could even be brought into the service bay.
I've dealt with a lot of service departments over the years, but this was easily one of the most unorganized and unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I wasted multiple trips, several hours of my time, and still left without the installation being completed.
