Great people in store! But horrible experience in online shopping and pick up, I ordered at watch and was ready for pick, but I couldn't pick it it because they needed payment and tried to charge me again when they already took my money out of my bank account. Turns out they sent me a refund and never texted or let me know, had to call customer service. Then I payed for it again and when to pick it up when it said it was ready it wasn't ready, the overall issue is I payed for the watch 3 times. Also ordered another watch it was late by a week which was really nice as well. Love in store support but I would never recommend online shopping or ordering

We are happy to find a place where we could see and touch the computers we needed. Our clerk Darren was knowledgeable and helpful! We bought two laptops and hard drives. 😃👍
