How do I check product availability at the Paducah Best Buy?

I hope someone from the store see this because my family has about 20 items BIG items from Laptops and headphones to refrigerator and more on warranty on an account and a credit card. And awhile back a pair of beats headphones broke but it’s on warranty. So I go up there and to get them replace and come to find out in January BestBuy didn’t call or text but bc my mom had to get a new Best Buy card they canceled our membership without a heads up. And I found out in mid July and their reason was bc the orginal credit card that was getting replaced we canceled bc the new one replaced it and so when they tried to renew our 6month membership it it wouldn’t go thru. But if they would have given us a call to let us know we would have fix the problem. So now a refrigerator a washer and a dryer all our electronics even the ones my sisters are using in college for the next hopefully 4 years my stuff and more are now not covered under warranty. But hey consumer service is ya’lls thing right?

Worst place to buy a computer. spend hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot with some person out of the country that don't speak English.
