We are very happy with our new washer and dryer. But since day one it was delivered, the dryer has a dent in front of it, so we were given options, one to replace the dryer or reduce the price for the damage. We picked to just have the price reduced. So for the past 30 days we've had nothing but a run around over the refund. 4 different phone calls and transfered to someone else every time. This was our first purchase from Best Buy and probably be our last. Would NOT recommend buying from Best Buy ever

The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. He got me what I needed quickly and efficiently. And at a great price.
Pickup order was never ready, guy that was going to check off ran off and never came back. Definitely a strangely managed location.
