We drove over two hours specifically to purchase a Samsung Frame TV because this store was one of the only locations that had the size we needed in stock. We chose to make the trip so we wouldn’t have to wait on shipping, expecting a smooth and knowledgeable in-store experience—especially given the price point of this TV. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The associate in the department wasn’t able to answer even basic questions about the Frame TV and had to call another employee over for assistance. That second employee seemed confident but ultimately provided incorrect and misleading information. After spending a significant amount of money and making the long drive home, we unboxed the TV only to realize it did not include the frame as we had been led to believe. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how avoidable it could have been with accurate information in-store. Overall, this experience was a major letdown. We went out of our way and spent a lot of money expecting quality service and product knowledge, but left feeling misinformed and dissatisfied.

This best buy in the Paducah mall sucks for pokemon cards they only let u get one item per sku because they don't have much product cause the employees buy it all. I know better that they should have more put out by what they get. I heard a employee talking about taking etbs to the back office to save for them.

Trying to fix our TV and we call best buy in paducah ky and it's automated. They don't take in house calls everything gets re routed and it's bull crap. We are platinum or whatever the highest member is and we can't even get a phone number for geek squad inside the store.
