Horrible packaging from this facility. I ordered some collectible items from best buy online and they shipped it in a paper bag envelope. No bubble wrap no protection. You would think that they would atleast put the items in a box that would protect the items. I called and complained about the situation to best buy customer service. The customer service rep was extremely nice and said she would have the items shipped again but this time well packaged. 4 days later I received the new package the same way the original one was packaged. This time the items came in in worse condition than the first. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Best buy needs to step up their shipping quality!
The behavior and treatment of paying customers by this warehouse team is abysmal and unacceptable. They are claiming that a trade in sent to them was empty, with no option to contest, request proof, or open a claim with the carrier. The other reviews in this thread and on Reddit suggest they are complicit in theft of trade in devices. They have for sure lost a customer.

Llegué a las 5 AM el guardia quito el sello me dió acceso fui a puerta asignada llevé mis documentos ala puerta 304 me regresé a mi trocka esperando la luz verde cuando la luz se puso verde fui a la puerta 304 de nuevo y ya estaban mis documentos firmados entre 5 AM y salí 6 am bastante rápido
