We had to return a counter top nugget ice maker that we had bought the extended in-store warranty on when we bought the machine. The young lady who waited on us at the return station was extremely friendly and very helpful. By the way we are glad we had the in-store exchange warranty an recommend it. The machine had worked great for several months but all of a sudden started squealing. We took it in with a video of what it was doing. The one we had purchased had been discontinued but she gave us a store credit and allowed us to pay the difference for an upgraded version. The young lady was also training a new employee so hopefully the excellent customer service will continue to be taught.

Eat here every time I visit New Orleans. Char-broiled oysters the best in town
