Had good experience at Best Buy in Alexandria, Jordan the store manager is a great guy. Very nice and friendly, Jordan made sure everything went smoothly in the store. Delivery is now a problem we were promised a delivery today May 28 between 7am and 7pm. We waited all day for a delivery that didn’t happen. We had other plans we had to cancel. We didn’t receive any phone calls telling us about any issues they were having. Until I reached out in a text message to complain and they said maybe 9pm. Then another text saying maybe June 5 or 6th. I feel Best Buy owes me a day’s pay or a big discount.
