It was ok. Decent inventory. Salesman not well versed in computer accessories.
Told him I needed a higher watt power source for laptop hub. He said “no, standard is fine” needless to say the 45watt can not support and charge laptop at same time.
Worst issue is the laptop we wanted is not what we were sold. Drove 100 miles round trip to exchange.
Everytime I go into this store, there are no employees around to help, and any you do see just walk right past you going about their personal conversations on their walkies. And employee either lied or didnt know about what he was selling us for warranty or membership. Me and husband went to buy 2 TVs during the week, the store was empty, I counted 4 to 5 customers walking around. I'm 7 months pregnant and we stood at the back desk for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come help us, walked around looking for help. 2 employees walked up at different times, we asked because they never made eye contact, they'd page for someone, and no one would come. After 30 minutes of waiting and walking up to the front to ask for help where no one was, a guy finally came to help. All he was talking about was wanting to go home, being so bored, he was gonna be stuck there all night, and personal conversations on his walkie. We finally go to pay and add warranties and he sells us a "deal" that was $50 for extended return dates, protection plan that covered both TVs for a year, because we didn't really need a 2 or 5 year warranty, so we thought cool that'll work. Get home and check emails for the warranty coverages and find out he signed us up for a Best Buy yearly membership that had NO warranty OR protection plan, to get the protection would've been $180 for the year, and auto renewal, which is more expensive than the actual warranties would've been, so I had to call and get them to cancel and refund the membership which would take up to 60 days. I try to avoid this store because of the lack of service so every few months that I go in knowing exactly what I need, it always takes forever to get someone to come help unlock it or find it in the back.
