Worst service ever. Purchased an item for delivery and received several text messages confirming date and time of delivery. On said date, I received no calls or messaged on why item was not delivered. Tried calling the store direct and get transferred to an agent who tells me that delivery had been changed to the following week (7 days later). I was told that no one could change the new delivery date because of their system. I was told the item was at the store. Drove to the store to pick it up myself and am told that one of the delivery people had gotten ill and they could not deliver because of the size of the item. They adjusted the new delivery date for the next day after having been told that could not be done earlier. Then asked for the item so I could pick it up myself and I’m told that it is on the truck. Was told several lies, received no courtesy calls, wasted a whole day and now have to sit and wait another day for a delivery that may not happen again. And they wonder why customers get upset!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with curbside pickup at the Best Buy in Alexandria. I checked in when I arrived and waited in my car for about 30 minutes with no one coming out. I finally called the store, even though I didn’t want to be a bother, and was told someone would be out shortly. Another 20 minutes passed and still no one showed up.
I went inside, and there were two workers at the pickup counter. They did acknowledge me, but one of them just told me I needed to wait. He stayed on the computer while the other worker sat there talking with him. I ended up standing there for another 10 minutes with no one helping.
There was also another woman at the counter who said she had already been waiting about 30 minutes. They had told her to wait as well, but still didn’t help her.
What really frustrated me was that a man walked in after both of us, and they immediately gave him his product right away — while we were still standing there waiting.
The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not the level of service I expect.
