The last several times I have been here, there are no longer any employees working the floor and you cannot find any to help you. Checkout times have increased significantly, although that appears to be a customer issue. Ultimately, my last 2 visits resulted in my departure, and since everything expensive is locked up, ordering everything from Amazon instead. I expect this is likely a low-staffing issue, however in 1 to 2 of the visits, it was clear that it was because it was closer to closing time, and despite that I could've gotten in and out within 5-10 minutes, and several thousand dollars to the business, it was all shelled out to Jeff Bezos instead.

Won't price match a deal for a Samsung TV from the Samsung site because Samsung gives veterans a deal. If you're a vet looking to buy a Samsung product dont shop here. Plus I waited forever to be assisted just to ask
