Went in today to purchase a tv. Either due to lack of workers or lack of employees wanting to work, I received no help after asking 3 times. Because the tv was stored high on a shelf, I was unable to just grab what I needed and leave. This is a prime example of why people shop online now.

Very friendly and honest folks. Significantly better than the Millerville store. I'll come here even though it's further away.
I was notified there was stock in at my local best buy. I went over after work to grab the product. I requested to buy at the register, however the 3 customer service employees told me they were not selling it till the morning. I got a notification from my friend 20 minutes before close that they sold 9 of the 11 available items. This is the second time I've had this best buy claim its for open but sells product right before closing.
