I visited the Baton Rouge Best Buy location and received absolutely no assistance. I wandered around for nearly 20 minutes without anyone offering help or even acknowledging me. Another customer walked in after me and immediately received attention from the sales staff.
After talking with them for a few minutes, she declined the purchase because the installation cost was too expensive. That actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise — I went directly to the Samsung website instead and got the same television 30% off.
If Best Buy in Baton Rouge ignores you like they did me, do yourself a favor and check out the Samsung site first!

Best Buy carries a great variety (although I didn't find a travel router there). My biggest issue is it seems the employees who actually know something are few & far between. Twice I visited, looking for Bose QuietComfort 2 ear buds. Specifically "Gen 2". On the 1st visit, the little girl searched the display stand, as I had. & after finding nothing, walked away to consult someone else. She returned & told me they had not been released yet.
Ok, I returned 2 weeks later, different girl, again she search the display, again she consulted someone else. This time I was told Best Buy only has the 2024 model, & the store is at the mercy of corporate, & the store only gets what corporate sends.
I ordered online, directly from Bose, saved $30, & had them in 2 days.
Is there any wonder why local stores are going out of business.
