Best Buy has terrible customer service. We ordered an HP 210X toner cartridge. Unfortunately, we were sent an HP 218X toner cartridge that will not fit the printer. We did not notice until we attempted to use it a month after the return date. Best Buy incorrectly put a label on the cartridge that lists HP 210A, which probably contributed to the error made by Best Buy. Best Buy will not stand by their error and accept the return of the incorrect toner cartridge. This is very poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering from Best Buy.
Went for help on new Samsung phone that I bought there, and they couldn't help me and said I'd have to go somewhere else! Their customer service sucks
