Great interaction with the sales guy in the Apple products and one of them up front. They were honest with me about the quality of an “open box” item and how it really did justify the savings. I was very pleased with this trip. I’d stopped shopping at Best Buy on principle when they randomly closed my store card about 5 years ago with no explanation (and because it was the first card I ever got when I was 19, it hurt my average credit age a little bit)… maybe I’ll start browsing there a little more now… especially for some open box items…

If you try to call the Bluebonnet store it’s a joke. Their phone number sends you to Best Buy Costumer Service and they cannot get anyone in the store to answer the phones. Absolutely horrible service.
