Came in last weekend and spoke with customer service regarding a warranty claim on my broken ps5. They told me that there was no issue with that and to come back the following weekend, they did tell me I would have to renew my total membership which was fine.
Fast forward to this weekend, I go in to start the claim on the PS5 and ready to make the payment for my total membership, and was even planning on purchasing a few more new things. That all came to a quick halt when I was just told by the store manager that "I was given misinformation" - but that there was nothing anyone can do to help me with this concern. CANCELLED MY WARRANTIES AND APPLECARE ON ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN 2023!!! Keep in mind the plan was expired for 72 hours. I was offered to pay to renew, but they would now only cover 20% of my previous purchases. Unreal and the fact they have no customer relations department is concerning. Be very careful purchasing from Best Buy. I have emailed this store manager and hoping we can come to a resolution. I'd love to update my review.

Good work on the attempt to up sale but the product wasn't exactly what I was looking for, still got taken care of.

Friendly staff, clean store, only 3 stars due to store removing all hard disk movies from store so therefore the store doesn't serve much purpose for me anymore. Getting rid of movies was a dumb move
