I bought a screen protector for my phone with a life time warranty last year, when I went in to have it replaced they no longer carry it. I had to go to the website to get it replaced, witch is hard to navigate. Paid extra for 2 to 5 day shipping and now it is almost 2 weeks later I have yet to receive it. It does not directly reflect on the store itself but on how warranties are handled.

Gerald, the manager, was able to answer all our questions about tablets and laptops.
Removed 7 viruses from my computer. Such a savings to use their Geek protection!
Will not be shopping here ever again. Will not go
