The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was romantic. My husband and I went out to eat and we just love going to lunch at Landry's on the lakefront! We had the lunch special and it was so much food! I had to bring it home. Yummy!

Worst return customer service ever. I purchased an open box item in good condition. I went to return it to the store since it turned out to be in a fair condition . The little piece was broken and seemed like somebody dropped it and returned it .The store return employee asked me didn't I know the condition before purchasing it. That was a very stupid question to ask a customer. Of course I cannot check everything in a store since it's inside the box until I open it and use it to check the condition of the item. I don't know why they are mean when it comes to returns and wants to make it look like a customer's fault . I am leaving this review because this is not the first time this happened with the returns.

Bad customer service at the returns. Even the manager doesn't know how to manage the store and takes the side of their employee without listening to the customer. They will believe whatever employee will tell them on the phone and then will argue with the customer without confirming anything. Once they realize the customer is right they won't even apologize for their nasty behavior and will still argue.
