If you need to order something (either online or from the store) do not do it! Tried to buy something and they said it was going to be delivered in 3 days. Label was created yet my merchandise never shipped. This happened twice. Stay away from ordering from Best Buy!

If you buy something from here, just make sure its right. If you need to return something, you will be treated like a criminal. Overall I would just say to go else where.

I try to shop at BestBuy- the people working the floor are great and knowledgeable, the 1 star stems from the fact that after choosing my product whenever I go to checkout at the store, which now you can only do at customer service….there is no one to check me out. This has happened to me 4 times in the last year, where after waiting 20 minutes I just put down on the counter what I want to purchase and leave, because no one will take my money. I end up at a competitor like WalMart or Office Depot…which is where I will start from now on. Best Buy would be great, if they actually let you buy something.
