Returned a droned I was charged a restock fee the cashier broke the tape to open the box to make sure the product was there Ricky came up and made his decision and had no customer service as well as Vicky both managers were not customer service friendly at all. The cashier Kizzy had more customer service than those two. Kizzy should have been the manager if she had said no I would have gladly said ok….she had great customer service. (Thank You Kizzy) I called customer service at the desk and they send me a virtual gift card to offset the restocking fee. I don’t understand why the two managers could not put their two heads together and fix this problem so it don’t go to corporate I don’t understand. This is why they are in place to make decisions. The product was not open why did we just make it harder for the customer. I guess this is why so many brands are closing down. No customer service. If I could give these two managers a zero I would

Customer service specially in returns is very rude even manager is rude, bought oneplus phone openbox in excellent condition( should comes with box and all accessories in the box) and they were arguing that it doesn't comes with charger when it's new I showed them it does then i had to contact them for rude customer service online they took action and asked me to go to store and pickup the charger ( after market charger). The girl named Cindy always calls the manager on phone and I am suspicious that she says to manager that I am asking for free product because this happened second time manager without asking the problem tells me they can't give me free product. I never asked for free product , I asked what came with it in the description and hate to say how they blame the customer without consulting the problem first.
