Best Buy has some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Starting with the guy in the store worrying about his fantasy football team instead of helping me but leading all the way up to their cell phone customer service being more incompetent to help than a 5 year old chimpanzee. They have caused me more trouble than it was ever worth.
