Best Buy Covington

I purchased a $2000 Dishwasher with Free Install. I also paid to haul away the old one. When the team arrived they complained over and over that the old dishwasher was "trapped" and they couldn't install. They left. It took me less than 10 minutes to screw down the old legs, remove the machine, and put it outside. I ended up installing the new machine myself. When I contacted best buy they refused to do anything. And the old machine is now sitting under my front porch until i can haul it to the junkyard. I feel like I got scammed. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

This is about the store and yes public restrooms are gross but they do not help the situation. Toilet paper is never in the toilet paper dispenser, in ANY of the stalls in the women’s restroom. Thank God I have my own wipes in my purse but it’s just so sad, it always looks dirty in the restrooms. I ended up leaving and going so where else.

I was in need of a new refrigerator. I had already been to Lowes and Home Depot and still couldn't find the right one for me. Someone suggested I try this place. I came in here on Wednesday around 4:30 on November 19 2025. I was approached by employee Shianne. She was very friendly and helped me in deciding on what I purchased. She was very good at her job. I will definitely be back to make a purchase of something else in the future.

Getting someone on the phone is darn near impossible. The AI phone assistant sucks and then you go to a call center. Then another call center. I’m a Total Tech member and couldn’t even reach the store quickly to ask a question that no call center could answer. I try to purchase brick and mortar and avoid Amazon but I draw the line at customer service. The stores need to answer their own phones.
