Cay at Geek Squad and Keshawn at the computer section were both very helpful. I had multiple problems with my laptop and my wife's tablet quit working. Cay went to great lengths to explain the problems with my laptop, because I'm next to worthless when it comes to anything IT. Her patience with her explanations was appreciated as well as explaining things so I could understand. Keshawn took a great deal of time showing my wife tablets that would fill her needs and when she told him that I would probably need a new laptop, he spent even more time showing her what was available. I did get a new laptop and the Geek Squad was able to transfer files from my old laptop to my new one after they made repairs to my old one. Together they made our experience at Best Buy very gratifying. We have used this store before and I'm sure will do so in the future as we travel constantly. Thank you for helping us. John and Casey.
