I always seem to have a good visit at this store. Someone meets me at the entrance and asks what I might need help with. Then sends someone to meet me with significant knowledge about the product I'm interested in. Their prices are always competitive, even with stores that have no knowledgeable help. Plus they can deliver and set up your purchase.
Can't trust their online inventory. And you can't verify with a live person at the store because ALL PHONE CALLS GO THROUGH A CALL CENTER. So when you arrive at the store the item is out of stock. TWO locs. And both said the same thing

I was so incredibly disappointed with my most recent Best Buy purchase. I went in to buy a new phone charger, thinking I might as well buy a nicer one from a tech store rather than Amazon. However, it literally broke less than two weeks later. The metal part broke off in my phone input just from me unplugging the device. Never have a I ever had such an experience. It took several hours and significant panic to get the metal piece out of my phone. If you’re thinking about buying a charging cord from them, you’d be better off ordering one online or going next door to Target.
Had young lady to assist me in purchasing of three items. She was very helpful
