Best Buy Covington

Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I need some help looking, or some information on a product… But one thing I cannot stand is the bloodthirsty floor people that ask you every time they see you on a diffrent isle if you need help. I am a firm believer of doing things myself my research, homework ect. If I’m in bestbuy don’t you think I would know what I’m in to look for, and for that matter why do I have to explain to you where I’m going or why I’m going to look for it… If I need help, I will ask, if I need information, I will ask but I do not appreciate bestbuy employees breathing down my neck the whole time I’m there.

Brought my laptop to best buy in pinnacle shopping center. I encountered the most condensing , rude customer service representative I have ever experienced. He was nasty. Needless to say, I will not do business with bedt buy again. At some point latter that day I considered speaking with a store manager, but after talking with a friend who shared his experience I decided speaking with a store manager would be futile. By the way and without going into detail, my friend escorted a geek squad employee out of his home stating a similiar circumstance, he to was rude and condensing. I have been of the opinion best buy has issues, and so they do. Proceed with caution.

I realized when I got back home that I left my charging cable at the geek squad counter. I tried calling to see if it was there only to find out that you cannot call the store directly. I live an hour away from the closest store. I understand. I live quite a distance away, but it is ridiculous that I had to drive all the way back to the store to see if they had my cable. Late in the evening when a simple phone call would’ve assured me that it was there and I could pick it up at a later time. I understand AI is important but this is ridiculous and I will not shop at Best Buy again. I’m not gonna support a store that you can’t at least call them with a simple question.
