Went to upgrade an iPad , I asked multiple time for help and got no answers the staff was more interested in there phone and other people.i walked out empty handed. Go here if you know exactly what you want and are knowledgeable in electronics cause they only talk to people that are in there age group. Walked away very disappointed.

Today I was in Covington area and stopped over because I needed a printer. I had to look around for someone to help me and saw this guy that was all tuned into his phone so I asked him did he work at the store he said,"yea, what you need". So I told him what I was looking to buy with his head down off into his phone with little care as to was I wanted. I told him I wanted to purchase a printer, He said," they over there by the wall", and stared back at his phone so I was like can you show me and he looked at me with this look like "Really". We goes over there and I started to ask him questions about the printers and the answers and the energy he was giving me told me he had No interest into Anything I was trying to accomplish so I ended trying to connect with him and asked him his name and with him still looking down in his phone he said Kevin. So Kevin thank you for the poor customer service today.

Phone customer service is the worst I have encountered in several years. A virtual automated assistant that states you agree to terms that were never explained and poorly identified as to location. Despite those flaws, it provides zero help or assistance. When asking to speak to a representative it hangs up on you.
