I realized when I got back home that I left my charging cable at the geek squad counter. I tried calling to see if it was there only to find out that you cannot call the store directly. I live an hour away from the closest store. I understand. I live quite a distance away, but it is ridiculous that I had to drive all the way back to the store to see if they had my cable. Late in the evening when a simple phone call would’ve assured me that it was there and I could pick it up at a later time. I understand AI is important but this is ridiculous and I will not shop at Best Buy again. I’m not gonna support a store that you can’t at least call them with a simple question.

Line to check out was hard to find. Wasn’t helped in TV section which is surprising.

I bought a screen protector for my phone with a life time warranty last year, when I went in to have it replaced they no longer carry it. I had to go to the website to get it replaced, witch is hard to navigate. Paid extra for 2 to 5 day shipping and now it is almost 2 weeks later I have yet to receive it. It does not directly reflect on the store itself but on how warranties are handled.
