Jordan for geek squad was awesome. Mother in law bought a phone at t mobiles . They set passcode to phone and didn’t write it down for her.
Went to Best Buy and Jordan took care of us and was great.
Very welcoming greeted fast and very friendly the csm Adrian is outstanding

Well, this is the third time Best Buy(BB) has screwed me over...
I bought 6 appliances 7/28/25 with a delivery to my home for 9/3/25. I paid cash for everything at almost $4k. The most important appliance I needed, a refrigerator, was not delivered. I was told that the truck with the power lift broke down and the uhaul, yes Uhaul, truck was too small to deliver the refrigerator. The delivery man said that his supervisor would call me but never did. After calling BB, they said they can deliver it next week while leaving me with no refrigerator in my home. They did not care nor were interested in any kind of solutions I presented to them. They rather cause a large amount to disruption than do what is right. There was no sincere apology just empty platitudes. Instead of making my delivery a priority, they didn't care because they couldn't milk me for more $ due to me paying cash...
Do NOT do any business with them if you are a cash paying customer. I'm sure those that finance with them will be ok, even after they hike up your interest payments to 29 9%.
And no, I will not DM BB as I have already spoken with them and they don't care...
Nice sales person but I am a Senior 85 and was unable to follow his directions on how to use product. My age I'm afraid
