Trying to download WhatsApp i catched a malware virus or whatever is called. Took my laptop to geek squad.in order to get help width. First time I was attended by a lady named Morgan. She went beyond professional attitude she is warm,kinda,easy going, empathetic and more than that. She took enough time for checking my device. Finally told me that repair could takes 3 days. But 2 hours after I received an email In order to setup an appointment for pickup mi device. Went there and this time I was attended by Kaleb. Same attitude that Morgan i asked him about a safe way to download WhatsApp. Instantly he performed in my behalf Fully recommended Fantastic service Obviously I don't want to come back too often.but if so.... I will get the most warm and professional service attitude

Went in looking for information on a product... I was not greeted as I walked in and couldn't find anyone on sale floor for help. After looking for several minutes I finally found the product I wanted but it was more expensive then I thought it would be. With no help from a store employee to answer questions I had I left without making purchase. Store was not organized will and full of clutter and products not on shelves. I will not return to this store!
