How do I check product availability at the Houma Best Buy?

Went in to get an upgrade on my iPad. Without going into too much detail ; was thoroughly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and urgency of the crew at the mobile stand. I think the hiring manager needs to possibly put a little more emphasis on whether the associates have good costumer service skills and work ethic and not on other obvious attributes. Regret wasting my time there and should have just processed the upgrade online.
