Drove an hour and a half out there to get the TV I wanted and it was missing accessories, and there's no way to contact the store? Bunch of cowards

Great products - internet device
Every time i try to order something from the Houma store I got to deal with a foreigner that I can’t quite understand!!! Then I have to deal with the fact that i can’t get what I want without paying an over priced amount! Then if if if I agree to buy something out of my budget, then I’m order to get it in my area, i have to pay more!!! So all you people giving good reviews for this company, it’s obvious you’re either rich or Best Buy is removing all the negative comments to keep favorable ones. Because again, I’m not satisfied with this company and it’s practices.
