I went to exchange a scooter and found one priced at $419.99. I get to the register and is told it is $699.99. Store Manager Jeff stated he could not match the price because he doesn't know if a customer changed it. I asked him to review the footage because I did not change it and he said I should have read the description and barcode. Many people only read the price I told him. He sent an employee to show me the one that price goes to and that employee took me to the same scooter. I told the employee that he just proven my point because he brought me to the same scooter he read from his own phone with the description so I should get it for that price. It is an employee error not customer error because he works there and he basically told me that was the one for $419.99 by walking up to it and saying its this one. But Jeff will not honor the price. This happened on 5-30-26 between 1:45pm I left around 1:40pm to get this matter resolved. I would like something done about this. Thanks
