I bought a tv in July of 2024 and the tv broke, won’t power on, so I followed the process, Best Buy total team repair said to call Samsung due to its under the Samsung warranty. Samsumg pushed me to their repair service, I have contacted them, they have not confirmed a repair date and time yet. This has been broken for 8 days now,
Still no luck, I have spent the afternoon talking to Best Buy and Samsung.
I am a total team member that I pay extra for, to get better service.
No help from either service
I’m frustrated and exhausted.
I will no support Best Buy by shopping there

Horrible experience. My order didn't come with the charger that it was supposed to, so I got in contact with customer service. They told me if I went into the store, they would give me the missing piece.. I drove all the way there (which is why I had it shipped in the first place, because it's a long drive) and then they told me they couldn't give me the piece that I paid for. I ended up leaving and having to pay for my charger out of pocket and found a better price on Amazon for it.
Long story short, next time I'll just order from Amazon, they have better prices and better customer service.
