Every time I need somthing in the pc section I usually end up waiting 30-60 minutes to checkout

I wasted my first day off in 15 days driving here to pick up an item I ordered, it was missing parts, after 30 minutes of determining they didn't have an equivalent product they recommended I pay for a replacement for the missing parts sold separately to fit the original TV. When I went to try to purchase this part and the TV again they told me the TV needed to be inspected and I couldn't purchase it and I could try to drive back tomorrow. I tried to even buy a bigger TV and the sales rep argued with me about it fitting in my vehicle in an attempt to upsell an installation. One guy in the back was helpful and I think the others were in a competition to waste my time.

I was sold a laptop and then informed by the sales person after he had suggested this particular laptop and charged my Debit card that it was out of stock. I tried to pick another laptop but he assured me that another laptop would be shipped to the store in a couple of days. It did not ship and I couldn’t get anyone from the store to call me back. They ended up canceling my order!!!!! Attn : know this no one from the store will answer your call and will not call you back. All you get to talk to is a chat box or someone from a call center and they tell you they can’t help. Very unprofessional and I am very unhappy and disappointed with Best Buy customer service and everything about the entire company… poor job
