Cant beat best buy Bought a few items there and they didn't fit brought it back to store couple days later and gave the young lady my recipe and she gave me my change back with a smile and said she was sorry they didn't have what I was looking for and I said it was not a problem thank you and have a wonderful day

My husband and I went to Best Buy last night looking for a certain cord. A worker named Jacque was very rude to us and said he could not help us. When other workers were coming toward us they were stopped by employee Jacque and told not to help us but go over and see if this other customer needs help. I don't understand why we were treated this way. How many other people have been disrespected by this employee?? It was so wrong and so disrespectful. Other customers were watching this happen. I cannot believe you hired an employee like Jacque.
