Just left the location on Johnston St (07/19/'25). We walked in and there are so many employees walking around doing nothing. We walked around the laptop department and not one employee asked if we needed help. We had every intention of buying but after we saw how rudely we were ignored, we left. We went straight to Walmart on Ambassador and gave them our money. What's the point of hiring employees to walk around the sales floor if they are not going to help make a sale!
Every gaming thing I have ever owned that was worth anything I have purchased from this best buy in Lafayette. I never have an issue with products or returns, matter of fact they go out of their way at this location to help me with all my crazy stuff I come in there to build or buy or whatever I may be doing that day LOL. Lafayette best buy has always helped me so much more than other locations. Like you ever had to return somthing that you shouldn't of bought and you needed to return it because let's say you had your lights getting shut off in a day for example and I had a 1000 dollar scooter I purchased, they helped me return it with no recipt no card I purchased it with and no box that it came in, Tell me they don't go out of their way to help, they saved my ass that day lol

The website shows if the part or thing you need is in store or not, that's super helpful as I needed a part for my PC and Best Buy beats waiting 2+ days for shipping from online stores.
