Worse customer service ever. Do not buy geek quad membership. I got a printer and computer last week. Hit the geek membership. AI answer service sucks. I need a real person that speaks English correctly to contact me on installation. I know it’s something simple. I just need someone to explain this hp smart tank printer set up. I need help on the wireless mouse and printer. This gray clip. Where does it go. On the HP 27 all in one desktop 27 go. I spent $1300 and can get someone on the phone.

I walked in . I was greeted by the man at the desk. .I can by some wireless earbuds. I then was greeted Mr. Teak who si a salesman. He was awesome and helped me very efficiently. Good job best buy and good job Mr. Teak . Keep it up .
Chandler, at the Lafayette store, was exceptional! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took his time and didn't rush through the process of setting up the iPad we bought. He went above and beyond in helping educate us, set up the iPad and made our experience very positive.
