They accept your order take your money say it’s in stock, then after you drive a hour away to pick it up they say it’s not there. They won’t lose money on their mess up but it’s okay for their customers to lose their money.

I hate leaving a negative review. I ordered and placed curbside. It states Best Buy is closed. Had to get down, guy at online counter was not friendly, I had to ask for a bag. Awful service.
