This company is awful.
We ordered a large tv. Three times in a row they were unable to deliver it because they kept assigning it to a company who didnt have a truck big enough to fit the tv.
I called at least 5 times each delivery day, and could never speak to anyone who could help us. Each time it was the same thing - they are going to put a note on the delivery that you need a big truck, and they would let the field agent know.
But every time it failed. Three times in a row.
We ended up cancelling the order and buying through Amazon.
Best Buy - you are awful. Worst company and most incompetent delivery logistics ever. Pure trash. I hope whoever at Best Buy reads this and realizes how completely stupid your company is. You literally sell a product that you can't figure out how to deliver.
Its the true definition of incompetence. This is why all brick and mortar electronic stores are going out of business. Gross incompetence.
Thank you for wasting 2 weeks of my life, you awful company.
