Snarky was told I need a barcode, then told a code, finally as if Alex was done messing with me said I needed the order number
Tried every route to look it up just to waste time to say ohhh all I need is the amazon order number
Whats great is Alex knew the TV brand and size and my name all before Alex could find me order
Yeah working geek squad I know all the ways to mess with a customer
Glad lake charles workers proves again why you need to keep driving on the interstate

I went in today to buy a large monitor having been told that Best Buy does price matching by employees on prior visits.
Having pulled up the exact same monitor on both Amazon AND Walmart for a better price at each, the individual that was acting as a cashier (who's name I forget but do remember his title was "advisor") said that neither was valid as "Those companies don't produce that item, they only sell it".
Excuse me? Retailers sell things, not produce them! You either price match, or you don't! Make up your mind and stick with it. I still bought the item as it was the Christmas gift for my husband, but needless to say I was miffed at missing out on about $30.
