Bought a rog ally, it never worked like they promised. All your games get deleted constantly. This device is a fail. Never worked. And they won't take it back. Bruh. I hate yall corporation now. Like yall sell lemons to ppl. Get them back, and then sell them as open box, the device was already broken, that's why u got it back the first time. Lawyer up if you spend money here, you gonna need it

I ordered a Philips Hue bulb for pickup, which was advertised as being ready within one hour. I waited until 4:40 PM and called for an update. I was explicitly told it would be ready in '5 minutes.'
When I hadn't received a notification by 9 PM, I called again, only to be told it wouldn't be ready until next week. Then, magically, it was ready the very next morning.
It is incredibly frustrating to be lied to multiple times. It seems clear that the phone support has no actual connection to the store. Best Buy needs to stop outsourcing their support to underpaid teams who clearly aren't given the right tools or information, and start hiring local staff who actually know what is going on in the store. Being bounced around with false promises is a terrible customer experience.
Best Buy helped me recycle a nonfunctional TV and 2 old Dish receivers. They were very accommodating and politely helpful.
