I'm unhappy. My 78 y/o mother in law needed a Chromebook. Went to best buy. Talked to 3 different sales people. 1 helper, one not listening trying to upsell to $100 higher priced product that didn't fit her needs. She wasn't to the front desk, and the blue shirt checking her out says "you don't want that, they break within a - want to buy a warranty". MIL was confused. She was just told the product was good by one person. Tried to be upsold by a deaf salesman, then her money was basically refused at the checkout, before they tried to hit her for more money. She is 78, not an idiot. So, goodbye Best Buy, hope you get your house in order.

Very knowledgeable staff but this store has to struggling by how over priced everything is. It’s insane.
Had a great experience working with Aiden J exchanging an air fryer for a food processor as a Christmas gift for my mother. Knowing nothing about kitchen equipment, he was a big help navigating the website, reviews, features, and ordering the new product! Thanks Aiden👍
