Been trying to call the lake charles location for about a week now. It transfers me to a answering center and they can't help me. Good luck to yall.

I visited the Lake Charles store to make a purchase for some home cameras. Jennifer was the employee who came to help me make a selection. She was very patient with me while I was being indecisive. When I shared with her my reasons for wanting a home security system, she gave me wonderful words of encouragement. We actually shared a couple of songs with each other that had helped us through some difficulties. I was very impressed with her ability to combine professionalism and personal service.
Fast-forward two weeks. I went back to the same store for an unrelated purchase. I was happy to see that Jennifer was three. She not only recognized me from my previous visit, but remembered my name.
Jennifer, you were a breath of fresh air, and I appreciate you!
Best Buy: hold on to her, and reward her for her great service please.
Honestly, all of the employees at this location are very nice people. They are always consistent with greetings and are helpful without being intrusive. Great job!
