The sales people with very friendly and very professional and help me got what I needed
Came by this morning around 11am to shop for a switch 2. I always like to look at products (games and accessories) to purchase as well and read reviews but apparently that is not allowed to be standing for a while and minding my own business. The gentleman and two other associates were busy talking what soup to have for lunch which I wasn't bothered because I was minding my BUSINESS and needed no assistance at this time but for the man in a grey Sony jacket to come up behind with an attitude and commenting I been standing there for a while was bothering him. He should have minded his business as far as his hairline receded. Otherwise I was greeted by a nice female associate and checked out by a very nice associate to help me still purchase from this location.

Nice, clean, big store. Walked in, quite a few workers standing around. No one greeted us. Most of the workers, including security guard just playing on their phones or talking. Wanted to purchase a few things but decided on one small purchase that I needed. Got to the register. One girl checking out customers, 2 playing on their phones. Didn't have to wait long though, someone came from the back.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. It seemed like management was more focused on personal relationships with associates than helping customers. A manager whose name sounded like “Juwaine,” along with a lighter‑skinned young lady, spent more time flirting with each other than assisting me with my TV purchase. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I only remembered his name because the young lady kept repeating it while I was trying to ask him a question. Instead of providing service, he was smiling and engaging with her, which is unacceptable behavior in a workplace. I will not be returning to this location again.
