Very helpful employees and great products
Needed a counter microwave. The salesman was very helpful, and I found a model with what I wanted on sale. Success.
Brought my daughter's laptop in to have it checked out. The coolant fan wasn't working well & it was overheating her laptop. We didn't buy it from Best Buy. The Geek Squad told us what to order, and they even recommended another store that most probably had the fan in stock, and they could also install it. The other store was about $75 more. So we ordered the fan from Amazon and brought it to Best Buy/Geek Squad, and they replaced it within a few hours.

Ton of staff, but No one to help you. Do not go here if you need help or want to purchase something. Shelves are bare and everything you need is locked up. So without help there is No one to unlock cases for you to make purchases. I drove all the way from Lakeview, what a waste of time.
