Hey Best Buy - the AI answering bot and your “customer service person” is costing you sales and business. I’m not giving my information to be transferred to your store. Why don’t you just pick up the phone at the store and speak to the person calling your number. I ended up in some answering department in another country perhaps and she said she can’t help me. Have you heard of Amazon Walmart Home Depot and Lowe’s? I hope this makes it all the way to your CEO. You are loosing business. This is not about the Veterans store it’s about the barrage of BS you have to go thru to actually speak to a person. That lady told me to give her my name email and phone number and someone would call me back within 24 hours. I could have checked out 100 of these else where by now. I’m trying to give you the business albeit a small thing it’s the feeling that I’m left with. And I thought you should know before the country ends up with empty closed Best Buy’s all over the place. This is not customer service. For whatever it’s worth I felt it important to tell you here since it’s the only way I can reach you.
