Terrible experience. I went to this Best Buy to buy a $530 open-box TV that had been on display for over a year. I asked if they could lower the price, the manager said they would do something about it and asked me to wait. After waiting over an hour he comes back and tells me they actually increased the price to almost $600... What!?. If they had just been upfront and said no discounts, fine. But to waste my time and raise the price? Makes absolutely no sense. Just a terrible experience overall.
I went there with a specific product in mind because they were the only store that had it. Even though I didn’t need any assistance, I appreciated the fact that I had several employees ask if I needed any.
I simply wanted to buy a 24 inch monitor from the best buy located on Veterans Blvd, in Metairie, Louisiana..I was very specific when I encountered the ultra unprofessional associate Roger..I explained it to him a few times only to get a smug sarcastic unprofessional response..I have one response to Roger & the Best buy stores..It a 4 word statement..Amazon for the win. This is why your stores are slowly losing business, you associates are horrible, overly aggressive and down right nasty..By the way, your Harrahan sucks to, never have inventory and always asking can I order it for you..Again if I wanted to order i could have just went on Amazon..Just sell your stuff on Amazon..Do you remember radio shack or blockbuster video, no one else does either but their customer service was horrible to..Thx Roger, I'll never purchase another item from Broken Buy..I am sending an email to all 200k employee to avoid your store.
Always know what I want and don't really need....lol
