Extremely disappointed.
The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and careless.
When a business shows attitude instead of respect, it loses customers.
I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.
Workers are just standing around without any intention to sell.

I went to this Best Buy location to purchase a phone outright, without a contract. After speaking with the only AT&T representative on the floor and explaining that I was buyingnn the phone in full, his interest in helping me noticeably dropped. I stood waiting for about 10 minutes before he asked another employee to check if the phone was even in stock.
To his credit, the other young man who didn’t even work in that department was very helpful and tried to assist me. Unfortunately, after standing there for a total of about 30 minutes with no real help, an AT&T senior rep or manager finally acknowledged me and immediately said, “Unlocked phones we don’t deal with that,” and walked away. No explanation, no attempt to help, and not even a basic comparison between the phones I was considering. It was clear that because there was no contract involved, my business didn’t matter.
I left and went to the Best Buy in Harahan, where the staff was polite and actually explained my options, including how to do a store pickup at the original location since they only had one unit in stock.
When I returned to this store to pick it up, the same young man who originally tried to help me greeted me and asked if anyone ever assisted me which they had not. He was the only positive part of this entire experience.
Overall, the customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. If you’re not signing up for a carrier contract, don’t expect much help here.

Best buy for me as a foreigner is no longer best buy.
First of they deduct tax from you although u show them your passport and tell them thay u will will us with in few days or hours and in reply they say that this policy of refuning foreigners have been stopped.
I bought 1 graphic card costing about 1500usd from this best buy name 5080 msi tri sc.
At first they told me u will have refund and then nothing.this card is having almost same price even in my country.
Then what is use of best buy.
Totally crap for me as a foreigner.
It is not what it used to be .
