The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. It seemed like management was more focused on personal relationships with associates than helping customers. A manager whose name sounded like “Juwaine,” along with a lighter‑skinned young lady, spent more time flirting with each other than assisting me with my TV purchase. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I only remembered his name because the young lady kept repeating it while I was trying to ask him a question. Instead of providing service, he was smiling and engaging with her, which is unacceptable behavior in a workplace. I will not be returning to this location again.

Only decent location in NOLA
I made my purchase online after much research and careful consideration. I chose pickup at the store in a password protected locker, which was great. It literally took me 45 seconds to get my item and be back on my way. I highly recommend the locker option for pickup
