After waiting 2 weeks for a dishwasher to be delivered, and paying for the installation and haul away service, the delivery team could not/would not install the dishwasher and haul away the old one. Trying to get anyone at Best Buy who can help is impossible. So now I sit with a new boxed dishwasher sitting in my kitchen (uninstalled), waiting on anyone at Best Buy to call me and address the problem.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can understand wanting clarification on our Recycling Program.
Although most products are accepted for free, TVs have a limit of two TVs per household per day, a size restriction, and cost $29.99 per item.
