One hour pickup is not accurate. It’s been over 5 hours and I’m trying to speak to someone who can assist me, they can’t, but I can speak to tech support in India. If the order isn’t fulfilled before the store closes I’ll have to wait for a $3,000 return. Tech support won’t be able to fix that either. This is a joke.

My friend and I came here to buy Magic cards. She purchased a sealed box that should contain unopened Magic packs. When we got home, we opened the box. The Magic packs were gone and replaced with loose, common Pokémon cards!!
So, we immediately returned back to the store, and the staff were incredible. Nick, the manager, was able to help us out and was extremely understanding and kind. Thank y'all again for your help!
