Do not order for in store pickup. Ever. They will wait a few hours and then cancel the order, not because they don't have the item, but because it's easier than filling it.

I will never buy anything else from BB. They won't allow you to speak to someone over the phone.
No customer service at all over the phone. Who has time to drive to BB to be told they can't help you, the person is a lunch, we don't care, etc, etc ?
