How do I check product availability at the Monroe Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Monroe Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. This is the third time in a row I have been to this location and I has taken atleast 30 minutes to find a free sales associate that can assist with what I need to purchase. Once they get to you their customer service is acceptable but that’s if they get to you at all.

Alot of shady stuff happens at this place. Workers stealing, workers not actually working they just sit there until told to help the customer who has been in the back for 30 minutes. Workers offering services that aren't sold by best buy. Had an appointment with in home and the people never showed. I make orders and my items magically dissappear after I got the confirmation email saying it was ready. My 16 year old son was coerced into signing up for a best buy card even after telling the guy he was 16 luckily it denied. Ive been coming to this store for a while because unfortunately it's the only one close but im tired of all this. Yall need a whole new crew or something. The same manager has been there through all of the shady stuff. It trickles down. Geek squad is no help. You wait all that time just for some long haired boy to say um i dont know whats wrong with it. Might as well shut the whole store down. Do better best buy. Ive been to other stores and this one is the worse.
