I asked about a warranty and the lady said I guess you got to look up the model number with the company when it's delivered. There is little to no knowledge of professionalism. The salesman tried to give me a half printed receipt for which I had to ask for a whole copy

Ordered phone from here, was supposed to be ready for pickup before my son flew out. That's the only reason I ordered it from here. They had 5 days to get it ready. Went to pickup and wasn't ready. I explained my son was flying the next morning and needed it. Manager was very rude. He said it was in the store but hasn't been pulled. He wouldn't go get it. They sent me a text the next day, 1 hour after my son got on plane. I've always bought from best buy, but after this, I will not shop there anymore.
