This is the third time in a row I have been to this location and I has taken atleast 30 minutes to find a free sales associate that can assist with what I need to purchase. Once they get to you their customer service is acceptable but that’s if they get to you at all.

I needed a new phone and was very hesitant about the whole process. My current phone was 11 yrs old. However, Jesse Simons provided me with excellent customer service! At 70 yrs old, I was out ot touch with EVERYTHING. But Jesse was very patient with me. He was professional, but also cordial and helpful, which put me at ease. I was actually excited when I left the store. He made getting a new cell phone a very pleasant experience.

Woke up to a $200 fraudulent charge from Best Buy on my bank account, Check my account I have no active subscriptions that charge should not have been made. Customer service is very bad for even trying to find out what the charge was in the first place you do not get connected to an actual store representative get sent somewhere overseas and then when they say they’re gonna look into it, they just hang up on you. Consumers beware!!
