As a proud introvert, nothing unsettles me more than enthusiastic competence, and yet the staff here at Best Buy refuse to let me suffer in ignorant peace. Every time I slink in, hoping to vanish into the sea of electronics, someone or several someones, actually asks if I need help.
Worse still, they know things...about stuff...and will happily explain it to you. Embarrassing and exhausting but still efficient.
To date, these retail gurus have guided me through the mysteries of washers, dryers, and printers (appliances I previously believed just materialized in homes). They’ve also enabled my impulse buys like a gaming headset and monitor with alarming efficiency. No awkward small talk, just pure, unnerving expertise.
I don’t know how they do it, but I’ll be back. Maybe for therapy. Definitely for more tech
Went to my mother's funeral and my fiancé's smart watch went down. We took it in and it worked as nothing was wrong. We got back to the hotel, it wouldn't work as Landon was the first one to help. So we went back to the store, and it would work, so he rang me on a charger, as Keisha was keeping us entertaining us with her sparkling ✨️ personality. And bought the last one in the city we were in. Great team at the Pecan location in Monroe, La. If you need help, just go there, and get treated with respect.
Went to the geek squad department in there a total of 8 times( in one month) and my problem still isn’t solved. The lack of efficiency in this department needs to be addressed asap.
They did not have all of the items advertised online, but I received good consultation which made up for it. The boom mic I purchased is very powerful!
