Ordered phone from here, was supposed to be ready for pickup before my son flew out. That's the only reason I ordered it from here. They had 5 days to get it ready. Went to pickup and wasn't ready. I explained my son was flying the next morning and needed it. Manager was very rude. He said it was in the store but hasn't been pulled. He wouldn't go get it. They sent me a text the next day, 1 hour after my son got on plane. I've always bought from best buy, but after this, I will not shop there anymore.

Don't try calling this store all you will get is a call center out of state. You can't speak to the employees at this store unless you actually go to the store.

I love Best Buy and I buy all of my Tech from them for one reason.... I have the total Tech protection. This protects all of my purchases for 2 years from the date of purchase. I have washed my earbud case in the washing machine and I take them into Best Buy and they take my washed earbuds and give me a brand new pair. These are Samsung earbuds by the way. Now if I have a problem with one of our phones I believe they send it off, but everything else from refrigerators to earbuds it's all protected. I believe they have two different tiers of protection so make sure you get the total Tech protection. It is so worth it. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have the knowledge then they will turn to someone who does.
