On November 28th, I purchased a Sony Bravia television. The delivery and installation were initially scheduled for December 4th. However, after multiple rescheduling attempts, the delivery and installation were rescheduled to January 7th. The customer care service provided was unhelpful and robotic. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years. Issue has been escalated to corporate leadership.

Walked in straight to the phones someone meet me at door and asked if I needed help I said yes I want to buy a couple phones. Found what I wanted right away but stood there 15 minutes and never got anyone to help me. Other customers came in and again and again they were helped while skipping me. Second time at this store that has happened. They need more diversity in their employees since they are not interested in helping a old man with the means to buy whatever he wants but doesn't have patience to be ignored
