I spent $1800.00 on a TV and a 180.00 on a tv wall mount. Decided I didn't need the wall mount and because I didn't get it back in 2 weeks their policy is not to give me my money back. The package was unopened and I spent all that money , you would think they would be glad to work with me. I will never buy anything from there again. in the market for a refridgerater
, dishwasher etc. but will go somewhere else. It won't be long before Best Buy goes out of business too. Looks like everything will have to be bought online. at least you can return things.
Gabby is a rockstar! She had observed that I was looking at the laptops and offered assistance immediately. I had a vague idea of the kind of specs I required in terms of processor, memory, storage, GPU, etc., but when I revealed my intended use for it, she appeared very knowledgeable about my potential needs, and patiently explained features that I did not fully understand. Although I made it clear that I was not ready to purchase just yet, she took her time with my concerns. She even suggested ways that I might save money on products and services through membership, price-match policies, and future sales promotions. I left feeling much more prepared to make a decision, and I had a more positive impression of Best Buy overall.
