Calling to schedule service is a NIGHTMARE! Call went to Abudabi. $250 upfront. Service time anywhere from 7am to 7pm. NEVER called to schedule visit time. Rcvd a text that day that tech would be there at 8:55. Then another text it would be 9:25. I see the tech drive on property but takes 20 minutes to come in. Then says immediately "we don't fix that. You need to bring it to the store for a replacement." It's a heavy fliping printer! "No I cant put it in your vehicle."
Go to Slidell store. It was an ok experience. LOL. Schedule tech to set up printer AND decide to get malware product and schedule installation by tech. When tech shows up...3 hours and 3 techs to set up printer 🤔
Then tech says the guy in the store gave you a card but didn't sell you the malware and only scheduled the install. WHAT?
I pray I don't need anything from Best Buy or the Geek Squad for the rest of my life!!!!

I was much more fond the of the previous Best Buy location on Northshore Blvd - always had a fine selection and in general was more premium. My visit today to the Fremaux Town Center Best Buy was by far the worst selection I’ve ever seen in an electronics store. This was my first return visit to BB in nearly two years. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and courteous 10/10 on that matter. But the store selection was paltry and slim. Outside of smartphones, refrigerators, and TVs, you’re pretty much out of luck. Video games? Hardly any selection. VR such as meta quest? An empty display case. Even the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the item I was looking for, was not on full display. Something is not quite right and I don’t think all Best Buy stores are this minimal in products and selection. This store needs serious help if it wants to survive a few more years. Sad to see because I loved going to Best Buy. I hope they improve soon.
