this may be the worst best buy i’ve ever visited . short staffed . how can your cashier not know how to look up protection plans ??? then left me for the other cashier to deal with

BestBuy sold me on the total tech. They could not fix my LG Refrigerator so they put it back on me to get with LG for support. Any other warranty company will replace the product and not say we can not fix it, it is on you. Product just over 1 year old. It is a good thing I kept my 20 year old GE fridge..
