When you go to Best Buy, you hardly can get a customer service person to help you but that’s not why we’re here. . This will be my second time exchanging this item. The only reason I keep getting it is because I have a warranty on it, and even with that I have to renew the warranty every time I return it. The first time the light went out this time the clip where my phone goes broke. I don’t know what will happen next time. Hopefully nothing but we shall see. Third times the charm. I remember when going to Best Buy seems like the best option for the best quality item but I’m not really sure anymore

The staff is amazing. Very helpful, and Gabby was so helpful and patient.
Took advantage of my aunt(who is an older lady)and I can't get in touch with no manager from the store
