I did not explain how much I am computer stupid. So My laptop is not working properly. I called & and the Greeks have answered some questions and I'm just trying to get on line. 5 - 1 hour drive to Best buy 1 - 2 night repair, and 2+hours of remote work and I still not on the Internet

I highly recommend this store. An incredible saleswoman helped us a lot, and I ended up buying more than we needed. We went to buy a refrigerator and also brought back a soundbar. I spent $1800.00 on a TV and a 180.00 on a tv wall mount. Decided I didn't need the wall mount and because I didn't get it back in 2 weeks their policy is not to give me my money back. The package was unopened and I spent all that money , you would think they would be glad to work with me. I will never buy anything from there again. in the market for a refridgerater
, dishwasher etc. but will go somewhere else. It won't be long before Best Buy goes out of business too. Looks like everything will have to be bought online. at least you can return things.
