I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker to play my CD's that I have on a thumb drive. Thank God when I called the Best Buy Slidell location I spoke with Chris.
Chris listened to my question and with in two minutes found what I was looking for. He explained the unit specs and answered all my questions.
I can play my CD's on my thumb drive through the Blue tooth speaker. He explained the details and took all my information and send me an invoice on a text message. All I had to do was complete a few questions on the invoice and submitted it. The speaker should be at my house next week. Outstanding I commend Chris at the Slidell Best Buy for his outstanding customer service skills and especially for his helpful attitude. Job well done thank you very much, keep up the great work.

While I'll never understand it, when we purpose Apple computers the cheapest place whether it be online competitors, bricks-and-mortar competitors like Sam's Club, we ALWAYS find the least expensive Apple computers at this bricks-and-mortar Best Buy in Slidell.
I just left this store.
I bought a 5070 graphics card for my gaming pc and when I got home it was already opened AND was bent in a few spots. I got it in Covignton but went to Slidell and you can tell the second I walked in they don’t believe it was their fault and refused refund and told me to go back to Covington store.
I called corporate and made a complaint, the staff in Slidell lied because corporate said they can 100% swap it out.

Bought a pioneer 50in tv and Apple Watch both open box in “ excellent” condition. The TV screen looks like it was in a boxing match and the Apple Watch still had an Apple ID attached to it so pretty much a brick. I went with my toddler to return them. No one at the store would hep me bring the TV into the store so I didn’t have to worry about someone hitting my child with a car trying to get into the store. They tell me go to customer service I wait 30 minutes in line having to drag this tv in store cause no employee wanted to assist me. I get to the front of line and they tell me I must go to geek squad to return the items. AFTER they had told me to wait in customer service for a return. I go to geek squad and takes 6 minutes for one of the four geek squad members who are just standing around doing nothing to assist me. They joke how I “definitely got a color tv” cause it was showing rainbow lines from my “ excellent condition” tv. I’m glad my issues are a joke to them seeing how this was going to be a Christmas gift. Now I have to wait 15 days to get my money back to try and find two more Christmas gifts. Best Buy doesn’t care about you nor do their employees only thing they care about you is taking your money as fast as they can. I suggest going to any retailer but Best Buy.
