How do I check product availability at the Slidell Best Buy?

My son brought a PC back that he paid for in cash. They was told he will receive his money back in the mail in form of a check. Because was not enough cash on hand to give his money back. I call customer services I was told why he would do that if he paid cash

Another big box store! Great for getting products right away rather than getting it a day or two later from Amazon! Best part is geek squad, however i don't like it bc of the appointment times etc but that my opinion.

The last of the possible stores still up because or online shopping. The geek squad, just an in-person deal. They help more than calling the 800 number but imagine having to have an appointment and you pay extra money for specific slots etc. Literally watched ppl walk up and skip ppl that had appointments because they were returning an item or needed help before returning an item. The store has a nice selection but the prices are quite high
