I have been trying to get a new battery for my insured iphone mini 13 . I live 45 minutes from 2 Best Buy’s both Slidell and Walmart . Apple Store 1 and 1/2 hours away. Made appointment at both Best Buy stores drive there and am told no battery plus you have to leave your phone with us until we get one . Well heck no 4-7 days . Really crazy that cannot call when the battery is in . Wasted 3 hours and gas driving round trip to Best Buys . No way to call an actual store to see if they have the battery either , it’s a call center. Aggravated and disgusted . The guys were nice but there was nothing they could do due to store policy . Hopefully can call Apple and get a real person in the store before I make another long drive . Next I would have to void my Apple Care Plus and go to a private local store where it takes 20 minutes only . At this point it’s probably worth it .

Best Buy has changed their return policy to 15 days, and allows "member" customers to extend that. Total BS. Change it back to 30 days! Never buying anything again with that short return policy.
