Best Buy Brockton Outlet

The Best Buy in the Brockton Westgate Mall is great. They are helpful and patient. It's very well stocked with most appliances and electronics. The best buy in Braintree however isn't as good. The store itself is very nice and they've had everything from microwaves to cell phones that we've wanted. The staff isn't as friendly or helpful as the one in Brockton though, I could have saved some money on a purchase I made with the Braintree one had the customer service agent been more on his game but it didn't happen which sucks. I go to the Best Buy in Westgate for any appliance needed now and will continue to do so with items that aren't always in stock and have to wait a little longer since the experience in Braintree.

Woman at the order pickup area was very nice. Staff was helpful.

Good selection ans service was good. No complaints.

Great place,if your looking for open box at a slightly cheaper price, you cant beat it.
