Robbie was great and accommodating. We had the unfortunate experience of my son opening a new iPad for Christmas and the screen would just stay black although the iPad was trying to connect and start up. Tried everything to no avail. Was hoping to exchange it, but it has now been discontinued so they offered a refund, had no issues with that at all.

Visited with an appointment to see if someone from Geek Squad could look over my first custom PC build as it wasn't quite working right. Jonathan was extremely friendly and professional, explaining the potential problem, setting expectations, and making sure we were on the same page with everything. As a heads up, they generally do not take in custom builds unless you have gotten the parts through Best Buy, so they know exactly what they're working with and can easily replace items if there's any issues found. Typical turnaround is about a week for troubleshooting, and a bit longer during the holidays.
Jonathan was able to take in my build and after explaining everything I felt very comfortable leaving my new rig. About 10 mins after leaving Jonathan called and a connection I had missed solved the issue and everything was working just fine. As a completely new setup they also installed Windows and by the time we got back there was only a short wait for that to be done, and Jonathan showed us it booted right to Windows before boxing it back up and even offering to carry the box to my car.
