The s Ales guy tried really hard to figure out what Apple replacement charger I needed for my mac, but couldnt figure it out, because Apple has made it too complicated w/so many different ones-arghhh! (Apple was out of stock, and sent me there, but said they would know).

Genius employee does not understand security protocol, basic iCloud setup, or parts required for repair. No attempt to remedy the problem was made and demonstrated a serious lack of critical thinking ability.
