I've been to many Best Buys and this has to be the best one I've been to. I came in with a busted phone and AJ helped me out with patience, understanding and support. When
I had a question Elvin the manager came over, even though he was juggling a few things and answered all my questions. I work in the mental health field and having a phone is super crucial. The level of customer service and truly understanding the customer and going out of the way to make sure I was happy made my day. I truly felt special walking out of the store. My sense is Elvin's leadership and customer first approach trickles down to the team leads and other employees. In the past, Id scan a product, find it cheaper on Amazon and buy it there......but the relationship established today will make me come back here and spend it because of Elvin, AJ and the Best Buy team. Thank you for your help truly.
