They had the laptop I was looking for. Sales people were very helpful. I haven't been to the store in awhile but I'll be visiting again soon!
First call: AI assistant made me answer questions for 3 minutes. Would not connect me to a human. The human I finally reached disconnected me when transferring my call.
Called back. Again, questions and more questions. Then was told all agents were busy. After 2 minutes I hung up.
All I wanted was installation of a 65 inch TV. Go to a store that wants your business. Best Buy clearly doesn’t.
I’ve now spent 2 days and 2.5 hours trying to reach home services to have a TV installed. Obviously, Best Buy is either going out of business or business is so good it doesn’t want more orders.
Don’t bother contacting them at their links. None of them work. This company has gone from being one of the best to the absolute worst.
