My recent experience at Best Buy was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to Ryan! We were looking for a new dryer, and Ryan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through the various options, explaining the features and benefits of each, and helped us pick the perfect dryer that fit our needs and budget. What truly set him apart was his thoroughness. He didn't just sell us a dryer; he made sure we understood all the other necessary options that go with it, like the proper vent kit and power cord. He then seamlessly helped us set up the delivery and walked us through the entire process, so we knew exactly what to expect. Ryan's expertise and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful purchase incredibly smooth and easy. Best Buy is lucky to have him! Highly recommend seeking him out for your appliance needs.

Scheduled a service with Geek Squad. The agent turned on my computer and, clearly it didn’t work. He asked me if I had a membership, which I don’t and he said that it would cost $30. Ok, sounds fair. He then asked if I had bought it at the store, which I hadn’t. He then said to me, “we don’t service computers not bought in the store. You can buy a membership for $180 and buy a new computer and if there’s any issue on it, we can service it”. Obviously not an option. He said with the $180 he will transfer my data to the new computer. Geek Squad is apparently a way to attract customers with computer issues and aggressively pursue to sell computers. Generally, awful service and makes me want to avoid Best Buy and go elsewhere for anything, even batteries.
