Bought an open box monitor from this location and when I got it home it was defective. I proceeded to return to the location to exchange it, and made sure to have them test the new unit in store before taking it home and unpacking it again. I am glad I did, as this unit was also defective and had a baseball sized crack in the screen. Ended up purchasing a NIB version instead, and spent an extra 150$ over what I wanted to. Everyone was friendly, but the entire process was aggravating. Do NOT buy open box from this location.

Spoke to support and they basically said “Tough Luck there’s nothing we can do”. VERY dissatisfied

Every time we've gone in here, the staff has always been super nice
I went in there tonight to price Bluetooth speakers, and The sales person who helped me his name was Nicolas Santos.
He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, Answered all my questions and gave me some good recommendations. If you were going to go there asking about speakers for Bluetooth ask for Nicholas Santos.
