Literally everything is outsourced & the company as a whole is just playing middle man. Like items are cost efficient else where with better customer service & live in store reps.

We received amazing service at the Best Buy in Danvers. Meredith Net was not only really knowledgeable, but she was incredibly attentive and really helped my mom find the right phone for her needs. I am very grateful for how helpful she was.
Absolutely atrocious customer service I cannot get through on the line to speak to a human being. The AI answering machine is god-awful and needs to be replaced.

Danvers 6-18-26 at 6:40....Not 1 of 4 employees standing around the register in the laptop area said hello, offered to help, or stopped gabbing long enough to acknowledge my presence. Neither did the other employee standing NEXT TO ME when I said , " I want this one, but I think it's out of stock...."
So, I'll get the whole setup on Amazon. Best Buy deserves to go out of business at this rate.
