The sales guy was great. He showed us a TV that was better than the one we were looking at and told us it was on sale. We saved $50 00!
Made an appointment to have my phone repaired. Came in and they claimed it was too late. I was 10 minutes early for a 5:40 appointment. Go somewhere else.
I really like this Best Buy. We've been in there a few times and always found helpful people. Most recently, we were looking at refrigerators and a BB person named Jared came over. He knew loads of great information, and was not pushy at all. I'll continue to shop there.
I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT BUYING APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE.
We bought a high-end gas oven from Best Buy in Danvers, MA. on February 22, 2026. The delivery & install date was scheduled for 3/2/26, and 2 days before we received a call from the company to confirm the date.
A day before we got a call saying they didn't have an installer available for that date and needed to reschedule for a full week out (3/9).
2 days before we received the same call confirming date and time was all set for 3/9. That morning we got a text from Best Buy saying our order had been cancelled without any explanation.
There was no way to call the local store, and the customer service department had no context. We eventually heard back from the installer who said he rejected the order because when he picked it up from Best Buy it was not in a condition that could be usable. The oven looked like it had been kicked in all along the bottom.
We're now 4 weeks without an oven and no one has followed up despite emails saying they would. We have adjusted our work schedules twice, we've had to order takeout several times. This is costing us a significant amount of money and there has been no resolution from the Best Buy team despite daily attempts to contact them.
