If I could give Best Buy zero stars, I would. This is the most dysfunctional store I’ve ever seen or experienced in my life. I have placed two separate and sizable orders and for some reason, it has been more than 45 days of canceled appointments and rescheduling. I have since canceled my order and will take my business elsewhere. If you like purchasing a product and never receiving it, go ahead and shop here.
